Disappointing Experience at Lolli & Pops for Families
I had high hopes for a fun visit to Lolli & Pops with my child today around 1 PM, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but welcoming. As soon as my child excitedly reached for some candy, the older gentleman working there immediately grabbed the entire container of candy that my child wanted to try, along with the scoop or any other utensil in their hand, and took it to the backroom of the store. This happened repeatedly, making the visit uncomfortable and stressful.
This is a candy store—you should expect children to be excited and want to explore! If the staff can't handle children interacting with candy in a candy store, it raises serious concerns about the overall experience. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since a candy shop should be a joyful place for families. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Super cute candy store with lots of options!! I highly recommend the cotton candy, they have the largest selection I have ever seen. It’s super worth it to go and check out and it’s great for children
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian candy
Parking: The store is located inside of a shopping mall which had free parking in a parking garage
Kid-friendliness: Super fun for kids, it’s a large candy store with so many options
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is located inside a shopping mall which is wheelchairs accessible

So so sad. What happened? The store used to have an upbeat vibe and genuine smiles and customer service. It was always a fun place to go and the kids were always excited. Today we were the only ones in the store (surprise #1); the single employee must have put his "mute button" on by accident - not a single word from him the ENTIRE time as he puttered around (surprise #2); he used some sort of strange weighing process where two bags weighing completely different amounts were the exact same price (surprise #3); the chocolates were STALE (surprise #4). I used to be willing to break my wallet a couple times a year for this store, but this time broke my heart.

Incredibly rude older man working there. Not a smile, not a hello just an eye roll when we walked in.Even when we began to check out, I asked him how his day was, and he just glared at me and didn’t respond.I just decided to leave my things and walk out. I never leave reviews but this man was so rude for no reason, that I felt others should know to just go elsewhere.

What’s up with the nasty customer service?One of the staffs seemed like they didn’t want any customers in the store and making sure no one comes back.We went there so excited but left with our hearts broken.I wish no one this terrible feeling, but if you’re visiting this store, just so you know, you might leave with a nasty taste in your mouth.

i wish i could take my one star away but i have to put at least one. I'm a pretty happy person and i get that sometimes it can be a little much, but as i was working and walking i said hello to my friend, which i guess was too loud for the shorter older guy with the long hair, because he proceeded to say "f*** you" in a loud enough voice for me to hear and when i said i heard him, he said "i hope so." this man is never in a good mood and his customers don't appreciate it, and i certainly do not appreciate his bad mood leading him to say "f*** you" to me. I hope something is done about this.

The store had a policy where it said a box of was 29.95 and when we went to the cash register the total was 39.95 because we took out the plastic piece it did not say it anywhere in the store so we took out the plastic and at the END they told us it cost extra after we filled it up to the top the got angry we were trying to get our moneys worth WOULD not recommend going here theses people are scammers don’t fall for it staff were also very unprofessional about it and acted very careless and rude and the candy is crazy overpriced DONT GO HERE IT SUCKS and workers acne made me lost my appetite it was disgusting like skincare anyone?
