This review is about the customer service on November 16 2023 time est 6:30pm to 7:pmI had been a customer for years more like 20 all over the USA not this store alone. Customer service has always been great even at this location which I started visiting for about 5 months.Yesterday, I stopped by and the both ladies working there never greeted us, didn’t even asked if we needed any help while we were looking for a product and talking to my fiancé looking all over the store. Since we were ignored as if we we’re undesired to be there for some reason, I walked to the lady at the register to ask for my específic product and she walked to grab it still without saying a word.I asked about a very kind former employee and she said barely anything under her lips I think she said: “I don’t know nothing.”I told her I have a customer account so she can use it before checking out and she lied to me saying: “after you pay” while pointing out at the card reader.After we paid all she said was: “do you want a bag?” To which I said no since it seems too much of an inconvenience for her and then she gave me some samples without even asking if those would work for me or what not and grabbed the receipts and hand it over just like when you rip off a page and poorly bundled it like when you want to toss it.Never cared to get my customer ID number. Never felt so poorly treated so I will buy at the Alderwood mall instead where the one young employee we met was very friendly.Please don’t hire just anybody who seems nice on an interview.

I love coming to this store, it's like walking into a spa, they have a variety of skincare lines for every skin type.

The people working in the Bellevue store have always been helpful, but not “in my face”. I am very happy with their face and hand creams and have used them for many years.

I really like the products and I have ordered them online before. My favorite is the repair shampoo and conditioner. . I also like face and eye cream and received some samples. Am thinking of getting repair oil for my hair. All the products smell good and work well.

Safe to say L’Occitane En Provence Bellevue Square Location has the worst customer service ever and the you never want to spend too much time in this store as the associate who also acts as manager gives you a what are you doing here grimace and never has the bravery to say hello either which is very disappointing, sad and hurtful. Plus the French inspired items are overpriced, even during their semi annual sales, so everyone is better off actually saving up for a trip Paris, France and finding the beauty and cosmetics you need at a price you can afford. Boycott this store until they can learn how to provide phenomenal and spectacular customer service without being rude and dismissive!

I loved their products I was taken by them when I was in dallas airport in the centurion lounge, taking a shower , I had the shampoo, lotion , it was all great. but I dread going to the Bellevue store, if I need something maybe I'll wait till u village or downtown or go without, the service put of ten is 2, the person there doesnt ask or greet when you come in, they dont ask if your a member, just credit or cash. if the online store was more reliable I would never enter the Bellevue store again.

Bellevue Square can be overwhelming, but as a longtime L'Occitane fan, I'm willing to brave it. The staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. I left happy with what I found.

One star because it's nice they have a location in Bellevue but the past 3 times i've visited, their customer service has been useless. My mother-in-law also had a bad experience as well, totaling 4 experiences. They barely check with you, typically all standing behind the cash wrap and talk to each other until you ask them a question. I've worked in Bellevue Square mall for 5+ years myself so it's not like i'm clueless, all of which has been retail management... Say "hi," or at least help customers.... Versus correcting us on products instead of listening to our needs. I'm just frustrated by the "service," I actually had to use google to get help. Don't bother unless you're in & out, and even then...

This was the worst experience I had at the store at this location from other places I’ve been to Music was so low class that it made me not want to spend my money there. It cheapens out the store experience, especially when prices are not low. Sales girls were unfriendly and unprofessional and dress code there was not matching the store high quality products. Management should really look into this cause today I felt like I shopped at Walmart. I felt really ripped off. Remember we buy experience as well so invest into your employees.

Denise was helpful and not trying to make a sale. She was welcoming and great when checking out with the gift wrapping. I love this store during Christmas as they have the best gifts and packaging.

I really like the products I have ordered them online before. My favorite is the repair shampoo and conditioner and I love the way it smells. I have used the eye cream and face cream and I feel all their products are fantastic. I really appreciated chatting with the salesperson he gave me more information about the products in the L'OCCITANE store.
