Get ready for an experience of a lifetime. I already wrote bad review prior to purchase but deleted it in hopes to give these guys another chance. I purchased a vehicle. I came to the dealership at 10.00AM (it was scheduled appointment) and left at 1.00PM. The purchase process took 3 hours! I was told it took so long because I paid with 2 checks. Okay. I am sitting next to the older gentlemen who is frustrated: "Are you buying a car here? Have you been here for a couple of hours too?" I have a feeling that 3 hours is the expected wait time to get your deal signed. Okay. If that's how it is let guests feel like humans and tell them the expected time. Lexus has a feeling they got your business now they treat you badly. For reference: 6 month ago it took 20 minutes to pay with a check at Nissan dealership. P.S. reading reviews here and it seems like 3 hours is not the worst as somebody waited 6.As I was at the door talking to a technician management walked in getting into the office. They said congratulations on a new car on which I replied: "It only took 3 hours". Manager: "Who is your sales person?" Me: "It is not the sales person fault it is fault of the operations team and management." Management: "Thanks for the feedback" Instead of feeling great getting out happily because I purchased a new car I got out feeling frustrated as I was late everywhere I had to beI honestly had better experience purchasing used old Honda CRV. Keep out of this place and take your business elsewhere.Customers and sales people shouldn't be treated as poorly as they do at Lexus dealership in Bellevue. While management is pointing fingers at sales people making them feel like it's their fault managers are the ones that are to blame.

If I could give a zero star I would , went to Lexus of Bellevue to buy a car from my wife. I was already pre approved and had a cashier check for the amount of the car that we liked. The sales John and Blake push us really hard on buying add on and to finance through Lexus. After I informed them that I don't want to finance through Lexus and I have the money to pay for the vehicle, they refused to sell me the car. please avoid this dealership at all cause they will try to finance through their company so they can sell you a lot of add-on. The sales guys don't care about good service. All they care about is to rip you off stay away from this dealership. Trust me.

I had an amazing experience at Lexus of Bellevue. Dante and his team were amazing. Dante knew everything from top to bottom about our car. He answered all of our questions and didn’t pressure us one bit. I appreciate how thorough they were with explaining all options during the buying process. We are very happy with our new car. We will definitely recommend and use you in the future! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at Lexus of Bellevue getting my new car. We had Dante Gonzales helping us through the whole process. Dante offered all the options in purchasing the vehicle and was very patience with me and my parents making the decision. Very thankful for his help!

Lexus is a great car brand they make a fantastic product. There's nothing at all wrong with Lexus the Cars.The problem is this dealership. I've never encountered such terrible customer service completely full of lies.I've both had my car maintained here and also sold a car to this dealership and every time they have.1. Blatantly lied to me, the customer2. Come up with different reasons for delays or policy explanations, each time it's a different lie they make up on the spot rather than a real thoughtful or empathetic reason3. Act in a condescending way to their customer - this is rampant between purchasing body shop and maintenanceThese problems come from the leadership team and management team not from the frontline staff. I am sure they go back behind closed doors and talk about how bad their customers are and find new ways to lie to them.There are many other Lexus dealers to go to to get great service. This dealership has a culture based around treating customers poorly and a feeling that they can get away with constant dishonesty. They lie without even thinking about it.Avoid this place if you have self respect and want to be treated like client or partner, the leadership won't offer you this at Lexus of Bellevue.

Never ever going back to this place, ever, and I'll tell others not to. If there was a half a star, I'd have given it! Your part department is overrun by greed and ridiculous mark-ups. You could have earned a customer for life today, except you wanted to charge me $48 for a Wheel Lock (Orange 55 ) - where in Lexus of Lynnwood I was quoted $30 a day before. Instead of honoring the price-match of the other dealer and earn my trust and my return business you had me drive 20 miles north in traffic to get it from another dealership. Shame on you and your myopic greedy approach to profit retention. You didn't even try, you just shrugged it off and walk-away. If this review cost you at least one potential or return customer then my work is done!

Great service this time. Thank goodness. We had to go to Lexus Fife because we had sub par service several months ago. I don't like driving to Tacoma. Please one of your fish in the fish tank is not doing well. It's swimming on its sides. Please have it looked at.

Test drove a new car. Man, that car was great! Then went to get some numbers expecting to pay MSRP as is common these days. Sure, you get MSRP, but also you need to pay more than $3,600 for 2 different kinds of paint protection and a flashy brake light. That's over 4 grand after tax. I like the car, the sales person was very good. But the corporate-speak around charging for add-ons I don't want? Nah. "It's our policy" per Andy. Found that Lexus of Tacoma doesn't have crazy required purchasing of paint protection.

Update 09/11/2023It’s my first time visiting the Bellevue Lexus dealer service center, and it looks pretty nice. I talked to Sam Pacheco and John Dascher regarding a concern about the leak on the moonroof previously repaired by this dealer. The trimming on the interior cloth covering upward toward the moonroof is not perfectly trimmed (pictured). You can see the perforation all around. That's how it looks on another customer's SUV as well. So, it wasn't much of a concern anymore.Anyway, the display of this showroom is beautiful! A nice waiting areas and free coffee are a bonus.—————————————-BUY AT YOUR OWN RISKLexus of Bellevue is a beautiful dealership with a set price for cars and SUVs. You cannot negotiate the price. Well, I took a family there, and she picked up her SUV from this dealer. The total amount of the car is over $52,000, including the interest and gap insurance.About a year passed, and there was some leak on the side windows. The dealer fixed it for around $320. Several years passed, and she’s now dealing with a leaked moonroof. The water dripped through on a rainy day and went to electronic components. It's now costing her approximately $9,500+. The shop at this dealer told her to contact the Lexus manufacturer directly, so she did. The manufacturer said they would pay for a portion of the cost that the dealer charges. She has to come up with $3,900 to pay for the difference. We are talking about a leaked moonroof.The good thing is that they provide a loaner car.

My experience with Lexus of Bellevue was great. Ren was super helpful on making sure I understood the options in each car I was considering and helped me pick the one that had the features I wanted. I was also so surprised how fast I ended up getting my car when I was prepared to wait 6-12 mo. Ren was communicative about timing and gave me updates when needed. Just brought the car home yesterday and love it!

Great experience from start to finish. Sales person Aaliyah Seas was professional, attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. Sales and Finance manager were great as well. All options were offered and explained. Tech was very informative as well. Sales person Aaliyah followed up to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend Lexus of Bellevue to all.

We are on our third Lexus, so I believe I can say with a good amount of experience under my belt that Lexus of Bellevue is a solid place to buy/trade/service your Lexus. I had a great experience with Deanna this last service, prompting my review. I have always had a great experience with the staff here, but I really appreciated her knowledge and help with my online account and my service options. The other great thing about LOB is the amenities if you are hanging out there waiting instead of getting a loaner car. The waiting area is super pleasant with big comfort chairs, free (and good) coffee, WiFi and a game room. There is even a self serve cafe on site if you want to purchase snacks or other beverages (spouse tells me there used to be free food back in the day, but I am not sure if that is an urban legend). I weirdly enjoy working on my laptop there, waiting for my car. I don't know about all the haters posting here, but my two thumbs are still up!
