We can't say enough great things about the Sales Manager Fred Rahovi and the Finance Director Connie Mah. They worked hard and stayed late on a Friday night to get us approved and finalized. They were amazingly patient, kind and helpful which made for the best car buying experience.
My husband Shawn and I are now the proud owners of a gorgeous Mercedes Benz C300. I was all smiles on the drive home.

Purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. Test drive and buying experience was just fine until all papers were signed and I was driving off the lot. I received both keys, one of which didn’t work when I tried it. The sales person scrambled to say , “oh yea this isn’t programmed you just need to take it to Mercedes and they’ll do it.” Which is pretty frustrating but ok. I take it to Mercedes and turns out the key didn’t even match the car so I would need to buy another one ...for $600. When I asked the sales person of landmark could take care of it I was told no. Pretty shady, could have brought that up or at least taken care of during the purchase process. Typically used car place, always go to the dealership. At least they step up to protect their image if something goes wrong.

I recently purchased a BMW X3 and it was a pleasure working with Fred! So welcoming and friendly right off the bat. No pressure, I was able to take my time and he made the experience so comfortable. I highly recommend Fred, he is the GOAT and highly recommend checking out Landmark Motors Bellevue if you are in the market for a sick new whip. So many nice cars on fleet!

Quality work
I've brought my car to Landmark various times, knowing that even tho mine is an older model VW it is treated as well as any high end car they service. This last visit ended up to be a real challenge for TJ, so took a bit longer than usual. In fact due to their pledge of service, they chose not to charge me for some of the extended hours. Also having a loaner car makes all the difference in the wait. Thank you Landmark for continuing to give me faith in your service and care.

The team at Landmark Motors took such a good care of my family and I am so glad we found the perfect car we were searching for.
Fred and Garett handled our 2 trades and gave us more than fair values for them. Chase in service department was a delight to work with. He arranged windshield replacement and fixed scratched wheels and followed up with me until everything was done to our satisfaction.
I will be bringing the car back to Landmark Motors for future maintenance work and potentially second car in the near future.
My wife also agrees that this was the best customer service we have experienced at any dealership and won’t hesitate to give them 10 stars if she could!

Sold me a black 2015 Audi s4 with no damage reported and no mention of damage. 3 months later I find my passenger rear door had been damaged and patched with bondo. I discovered this since I live in a colder area so the covered area cracked. Its my fault I bought the car, wish I would’ve known. 2 stars because at least they were nice.

Great people, clear pricing, they know Audis and took care of my issues and made me feel like they were not just gouging me because it is an Audi. I called another Audi dealership in Bellevue and have never been treated so bad. So I am glad I picked Landmark for my Audi needs!
