One of the staff threatened to beat me up with a ruler for not cleaning up after myself… I miss the old staff, they actually cared and protected everyone. Don’t bring your kids here and avoid supporting this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They fired their workers that actually cared for the kids that were relying on a place to stay and be looked after once their day was over. These horrible people are now simply using kids for their money and not at all showing them care and respect. This club was supposed to be a place where kids could go and participate in fun activities with their friends, meet new people, relax. And now the people running this place are taking money from the kids parents and giving nothing in return. They're only doing this for the money now, they used to actually care about their kids but now they simply use them for profit. If I could rate lower I would, I hope this place gets shut down so no one else is abused.

The lake hills teen center has now been overthrown from a community to helping children to now just a source of income. Not only did they fire their parents workers who work to pay for their kids education, tuition or even school fees. They even fired their top workers that actually strive to help the kids with school, not to mention the fees that’s needed to be payed to look after the kids. The past rules were meant to look after kids for free and which these kids have relied on it, but now with the fees of paying to be watched, they have only made it clear that they are in it for the money and not the kids.

i'll keep it brief.- they get the second star because of the tech center with computers, 3D printers, and cameras they have for the teems to use.- they get the first star because there really isnt much going on over there, and they aren't open on the weekends.- i sent my niece and she immediately wanted to come home.

This place used to be a club filled with good people taking care of young and impressionable kids. And now it's a club that fires good people who actually care about the kids and charge noe the KIDS to enter! It's just honestly disgusting what they have done to gain a little extra money and they need to be shut down immediately.

Fired workers who actually cared about the children who relied on the club and the caretakers and then proceeded to take money from the children so that they could get a few extra dollars in their wallet. The absolute disregard of the children's lives and childhood is completely unacceptable and wrong.

In the past this place was established as a safe place for teenagers to relax and develop as they transition into adulthood. Now, this club chooses to instigate wealth over the mutual understanding of their own youth. Instead of producing a relaxing space for teenagers to unwind, it had now been focused as a cash pit; targetting on young individuals who dont know their place in the world.

August 2020 by Ground Zero Keystone (Ground Zero Keystone)
Keystone was a program located at the Club Teen Center for years and spanned across generations of youth. We helped continue and build a community of art, music, generosity, and inclusivity to the Club with the support of the Teen Center staff and youth.Recently, with the new CEO in particular, Tim Motts, we have faced decision after decision that undermined our ability to achieve our goals for career prep, college prep, community service, and teen outreach for youth. We were denied access to our Keystone room by policies implemented by the Bellevue BGC Leadership (which harmed our ability to work and meet), refused funding for our program, told the funds we raised through car washes and selling snacks were the club's and not ours, had our supplies for our Haunted House for CRMO Awareness locked from us or thrown away although we expressed our concerns, and had the Club staff who worked with youth for decades fired or threatened for disagreeing and/or providing criticism with their decisions (including our director).Sadly, the current Bellevue BGA administration simply do not have the youth's best interest in mind, and we are absolutely disappointed of how our Club's community and legacy have been tarnished. Therefore, we would suggest finding an alternative to any Bellevue BGA locations.

We were a program at the Club Teen Center site with the goal of building a youth-led radio station in Bellevue to broadcast online. Our GZ Art Collective branch has hosted and organized youth-led/community-based art collectives/shows at the site. We've received so much support from the Teen Center staff and community throughout our run and we are very thankful for their support.Sadly, the new CEO, Tim Motts, and particular members of the Bellevue BGC Senior Staff, do not have the same interest as the Teen Center staff and ourselves.Recently, we have been refused funding for our programs and events by the Bellevue BGC, we were told the money we fundraised ourselves through selling snacks and car washes were solely the Club's, our planning/meeting room was denied from us, and Teen Center staff who have worked with youth for decades were fired for providing constructive criticism to the administration's decisions (including our director). Lastly, Bellevue BGC staff refused our team from filming an event at the Club and told us we did not have permission, although all attendees had filled out a media release form that includes photos and videos, and the guest organization encouraged us to provide coverage. Most alarmingly, we witnessed one of these administrators aggressively grab a youth's arm, and Teen Center staff properly reported the incident, but no action was taken. In the end, we realized that the current Bellevue BGC administration do not line up with our mission and we have chosen to leave. We DO NOT recommend anyone work with the current Bellevue BGC under CEO Tim Motts, and we suggest a different child-care program for your child's well-being and safety.
