I had such a good experience. Came in at 7.30am on a Tuesday and it was super fast and easy. The lady was super nice and professional.

The lady who works here is discriminating against my spouse and refusing to do their blood work. One time she wouldn’t take insurance payment, the next she wouldn’t take out of pocket but could take co-pay. Twice in a row this lady caused issues and is getting in the way of my spouse getting her prescriptions which she uses to manage her asthma, chronic pain and other chronic health issues. If you have a choice, don’t go to this place. There are other places you can get blood work done.

I had a very disappointing experience at Labcorp. I arrived early, but ended up waiting for over 1.5 hours because there was only one staff member handling everything. This person was chatting in Spanish with other individuals present and prioritized finishing their sample collections instead of attending to those who had arrived early, including myself.
Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. She was rude and showed a lack of concern for the waiting patients. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the efficiency and professionalism of their staff.

I got a test done on Wednesday of last week and I have not heard from anyone about the results. It is extremely disappointing to see this sheer sense of irresponsibility and unaccountability on company's part. I was given a phone number to check the status and the lady told me that the results will surely be out by Friday EOD, but nothing happened. I am afraid I am not going to recommend your services to anyone. It is frustrating and so irresponsible.

Did not have any experience, because my appointment was scheduled, but when I showed up (twice), the lab was closed and I just did not get to do my blood work as expected and scheduled. No communication to patients, faced a closed door on me twice.

I had to do timely boils test and they canceled my appointment a day before it with no reschedule opportunities for this day.

During my recent lab visit, I encountered disappointing professionalism from the staff. Their impolite behavior created a negative experience. Their sraff need to understand we do not owe them anything!They need to be more polite and learn how treat clients.

Terrible. The customer agent is stressed out, she is the only one here and labcorp needs to hire another person to split the work or find an agent that more customer friendly. This agent is very rude.
