Zero wait, friendly staff, easy blood draw. I guess I'm just lucky?

The lady with a plump build and gray hair created multiple slashing wounds on my arm and ended up not getting enough blood, and the wounds are still bleeding after hours. She said she did not know how to do it and had to ask someone else to redo it. I asked why she could be working at a medical facility while not knowing how to do her job. She was silent. I was shocked at this incident happening at an established medical facility. I think she should be banned from working in the medical industry.

Kiosk check in was easy. This is the first time in 30 years that I feel nothing when withdraw the blood sample and no bruises afterwards. Asked for Goliath who is a real pro.

I walked in for a test and was petrified basis the reviews and the ratings. I walked in at 9.10 and walked out at 9.24. Easy check in at kiosk and I also got lucky because Goliath Sakala took great care of me. I had a long list of tests which means more blood draw and I have fear of needles but he made it so easy for me. I didn’t even feel the prick or even all the draw. I am so glad I didn’t judge the lab by the reviews!! Thanks Labcorp

Very slow service. Over an hour for a blood draw.

Maybe it's because the past reviews were terrible, but got in as a walk in 20 minutes before closing. There was a friendly person at the desk, who even caught that a lab ordered forever ago was missed by others. They were fast and polite, and even though closed when we finished, offered me water and to sit and wait in case I felt dizzy... and I didn't. So they were genuinely being nice as I was totally fine. They were professional and ther was as little discomfort as can be made possible by, ya know, a blood draw. And I had more than 5 or 6 vials needed. Got it all done in one poke. I donno what happened to everyone else, but they did right by me and if you need labs, this place is just fine.

Staff was courteous and professional. Facility was clean and well stocked. I was in and out in 5 mins.

They close at 4:30. I arrived at 4:17 rushing from work to get my lab done. But the nurse told me not to check in as they are short staffed and can’t do my work.

Clearly very understaffed. Zero customer service. Your name is put up on the screen when you check in, but apparently means nothing about your wait time or the order in which you will be called. No one at the front desk to talk to. The system is down today thanks to crowd strike outage, so if you don't bring in your paperwork, they may not be able to draw your blood. I waited an hour and 30 minutes to find out they were unable to do the blood draw because I did not have a hardcopy of the orders. LabCorp can do better! Can't get an appointment within three weeks anywhere and walk in wait times are off the charts and not possible for many people. Do better LabCorp.

Do not come to this labcorp. They have no dedicated receptionist so their medical staff are wasting their time doing receptionist things instead of performing lab work which compounds the horrible slow experience.
Not only do they operate inefficiently and slowly which causes a 2 hour wait in the tiny waiting room but their waiting room has only 5 seats. I've been here for 1.5 hours and there have constantly been 10 people crammed in here. Very uncomfortable and saddening so many people have to stand for an hour or more.

DO NOT GET YOUR BLOOD DRAWN HERE!! I had a horrible experience when I went in for a blood draw. The staff were very uncertain about how to draw blood and two different nurses poked me like a pincushion before giving up and telling me they could not draw my blood, implying it was my fault. My arm was so messed up afterwards I have a huge bruise. The next day I went to the stone way location and they were very professional and got it in one try.

There are two Labcorp locations right next to each other in different suites. I thought I was at the correct one because the street was correct, the sign said Labcorp, and I was able to check into my appointment at the kiosk. I would have double checked with the front desk, but it seems like Labcorp (regardless of location) does not staff their facilities with enough people, so the line was very long. After I sat there for 20 minutes, the front desk lady asked who I was and informed me I was in the wrong location for my appointment and I needed to go right next door. However, I had missed my appointment by then. After I walked down the street to the other suite and explained the situation, there was no empathy to the situation and I was turned away. They told me to just come back tomorrow as a walk in (happy I didn’t do that because I have learned from reviews that they don’t even do walk in drug screens). This was for a drug test for a new job. The new company’s HR informed they had to pay twice because of this. Yes, it is my fault for not knowing it was the suite next door (I think C instead of A?) but I am sure I can’t be the only person who has made this mistake and they treated me like an idiot and were not accommodating whatsoever. I didn’t see a sign that said “we don’t do pre-employment drug tests. That labcorp is next door” and if there isn’t a sign, it would be great if they had that so customers like me would instantly know we are in the wrong labcorp on that street. I felt like I was in the twilight zone or something.
I will be driving to Federal Way to complete the test.

This location does not have any reception staff anymore, which means that the only medical staff available is stretched too thin. Appointments are practically useless, as the staff member is doing so many things that you end up waiting for a very long time. While I appreciate the push for automation and self-service, this location seems to have taken it too far.

Not worth walking in, Horrible experience, rude receptionist! They said 90 mins wait time and when I went after 90 minutes, they said another 45 mins. If they can’t estimate the wait time as per the queue, they don’t know what they are doing!

Limited hours for drug screenings are not conducive to working people
