Hit and miss store. They had a good display of toilets and bidets and also some ready bathrooms. I went here 4 times to lock in bathtub, sink and toilet with bidet. Only one of the times I got good service. Other times it felt like they didn't care to sell anything. Getting parts was hard and they couldn't tell me when I could get them. I went to fergusson on NE 20th st and got better service.

If you want cheap and good enough, go to Home Despot. If you want beautiful and stylish, this is the place. Think of the Kohler store as the Garanimals of bathroom accessories...there are many design style groups and the designs match within that group so you cannot go wrong by picking all the items in the same design style group. This is my second bathroom remodel using the Kohler store. I'm paying a premium by buying here but I'd rather pay a little extra for something nicer that I'll enjoy for many years.

Be prepared to spend some time here. There's a lot of inventory in the store and knowledgeable staff to explain everything. It may or may not be what you're looking for, but you'll make an informed decision. Can't ask for much more than that. (Except that they offer 25% off everything year round! )

The showroom in Bellevue is beautiful. I stopped by yesterday, having just one day in town to generate ideas for an upcoming condo re-model. As I walked through the door a saleswoman came rushing over to say that they were short staffed; and with only a couple people working today, they were only seeing customers with appointments. There was not a single customer in the store, so I said, "I understand. I won't ask for any help, but can I just take a quick look around to see what's available since I leave town tomorrow.?" She said, "no. My appointment should be coming soon-and I've already told other people that they can't come in today."Wow. Short staffed or not, that seems like really bad business. I'm not sure what the other employee was doing, but wouldn't it make more sense to hand over a business card and say, " unfortunately I'll be unavailable to help you during my appointment (when and if 'the appointment' arrives), but by all means, have a look around and feel free to contact us later if you have any questions".I'm curious how many other customers felt exactly like me when they left the store.

Nice showroom and selection. Kohler sells a lot of products, and this showroom displays their higher end products. Staff is friendly and helpful, and I found exactly what I needed in a matter of minutes. Pricing was very competitive and I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. Bonus points for being open on a Sunday! My only grIpe, is that inventory is not at that location and has to be picked up in Seattle. So you're going to have to hire Snake Pliskin to get it out of Seattle for you. Fortunately they offered to move it to their Redmond location for pickup so I wouldn't have to spend money risking my life going into Seattle.

Came in with a friend of mine who is finishing up building her dream home in a great part of Bellevue and I was dumbfounded by the unprofessionalism and lack of care that was provided by Jeff. Extremely unhelpful and showed no interest in locking her in as a customer. Didn’t even care to provide her a quote. Kohler just lost over $20k in business over a bad rep.

After my third day in a row (1hr) appointments at Kohler with sales rep- Jeff Parks (including this morning) I was still unable to get a quote from him (not even rough-in information so I can get that over to our plumber). I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of respect. I am utterly dumbfounded and will never be stepping foot in the Kohler store again. I am unsure if it was the color of my skin or if he treats every customer like this but it is absolutely unacceptable. We own over 1000 rentals in and around the Tri Counties and will not be using Kohler products again.

We worked with Janelle to remodel 2 bathrooms. During COVID we had to make an appointment. Janell is great to work with and knows her stock. She has a great sense of the design, understood the look we wanted and understands matching undertones. I described a faucet from another brand and she knew exactly what I was describing and said she could get it for us. Also able to custom build an 18" vanity. We were never rushed.

No one wants to remodel their bathrooms during a pandemic, but sometimes you have to. I knew that Kohler products would work in my condo and I needed a special toilets for my bathrooms. I made my appointment, and was met by Janelle SB. Janelle was an excellent listener, and understood what I needed for this remodel. Throughout the whole process, from beginning to end, she was able to problem solve, and track the shipments and was reassuring throughout. Last year was a difficult year for all of us, and I can't thank Janelle enough for her part in making the remodel go so smoothly.

Need 3D metal printed faucets? Or, water filled vanity lights? Of course you do, Kohler signature store is the place to go for this and more... Bought my Alexa enabled water park of a shower here, and bluetooth heated bubble bathtub (K-1967GW). Very helpful team of staff at the store. Have worked with Sandy, Janelle and Rhe. Great communicators. There was some delays during peak COVID period, but that's totally understandable.

We had a wonderful experience working with Sandy at the Bellevue Kohler Signature Store with our master bath remodel. Sandy suggested changes to the lay-out of our master bath that made a huge difference. It took our master bath remodel from nice to over the top. Anyone that sees the bathroom always comment that it is the nicest master bath that they have ever seen. All the Kohler products are such high quality. Every time I walk into my bathroom, I get a happy feeling.

We visited the store in the middle of feb and met with Chari to get a Kohler shower system estimate. After about an hour meeting we were told we would get a quote for the items we picked out within a few days. After a few weeks we called and left several messages for chari. Eventually my wife talked to the manager who assured us she would find out what’s going on and get back to us. That never happened. We then stopped by the store over a month ago and left another message. Still haven’t heard anything. This could be the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a high end company. Pretty sad.

We had a very good experience with the Kohler Store in Bellevue. It was so nice to go in and see models and samples arranged in the store instead of just in a catalog. We worked with Sandy, and she was very helpful in completing our full master bathroom remodel. She helped with picking out tile, vanities, countertops, shower design, the tub, all fixtures, and even the paint color for the walls. We are very happy with our spa quality master, and the quality of the Kohler products.

This all occurred before the COVID stay safe/stay at home order + this Kohler showroom is still open during the pandemic (???): I have tried to contact both Kohler and Keller Corporate and the store directly without a calls (10+ with no return call) or emails (5+) returned for the last 6 weeks: When I am not at the hospital taking care of COVID patients I am trying to get the manager of this stores to honor her word. The only time I am able to talk to my sales associate is when she answers the phone/my 10+ calls are never returned. I ordered Kohler shower heads, tub, and shower doors and had them professionally installed. Unfortunately, my sales associate ordered the wrong shower door (frosted vs clear). I have proof the wrong door was ordered. The manager said the store would pay to have the new doors installed since it was their mistake. The manager is now stating (phone message via my sales associate) I am responsible for paying to re-install the door they incorrectly ordered. Remember, this is after the manager had told me the new install was no problem since it was their mistake. Since then no calls or emails are returned. There is no way that I can get a full time contractor to come out to install two sliding shower doors. I've tried. In addition, the videos to install look way too complicated for average person. Kohler is a very successful company. Consider the optics of not helping customer making less than 100K a year for a mistake made by the store. Every shift I come home and take a (frosted door) shower after work to clean all the germs off me reminds me how dishonest the store has been and how they can't even be decent enough to return my calls.
