I had a small medical practice at Karman Executive Center for almost 5 years. I had a single office near the front with a beautiful view of the lake. The price was extremely fair and included utilities. In addition to your office space, you have full use of the shared kitchen. Bathrooms are on each floor and are maintained for the whole building. Trash was picked up nightly. There are 3 different conference rooms (large, medium, small) that you can rent for a small fee, which is useful for presentations or meetings. Mail is received each day and sorted into your individual mailbox. They will sign for UPS/FedEx packages on your behalf and leave you a note in your mailbox. There is a shared copy machine which I didn't use much, but it's a nice one and prints in color. There is a shared fax and also document shredding available. I can't say enough good things about my experience there. Jan, Suzanne, Cindi and Karen took such good care of me. They've done a great job of creating a community of business owners. If you need a physical space for your small or solo business, I highly recommend KEC!

The Karman Executive Center is the perfect solution for healthcare professionals needing fabulous and flexible space. The center is beautiful and easily accessible with abundant, free parking! Jan and Suzanne have created a lovely atmosphere for everyone and they are absolutely wonderful people! My clients have all loved the facility. It has been a big blessing to be able to work there and I highly recommend the Karman Executive Center.

I have been a tenant of Karman Executive Center for multiple years. The staff & facilities are exceptional. I strongly recommend using KEC for outsource administrative services whether a conference room is needed for a meeting or seminar, phone reception is desired, or a warm & friendly place to work is desired.
