In My experience Kari was extremely rude for someone I barley met a couple of times off a whim. I'm a sole proprietor and agreed to do some work for a house they were flipping. I was never reimbursed for several thousand dollars of materials.I guess Darren thought it would be okay to rewrite the amount he owed he and thought I wouldn't notice. ( Or I just wouldn't say anything)More than one occasion I was led into her house with Kari screaming and pointing fingers at me saying the amount of money she owed me was incorrect and the materials were too expensive.I was shown Darren's laptop which showed his figure and my original figure. Him and his gang of realtors where hovering over me when I was explaining to him there was a difference in the figure. Basically it was either take figure they have at the time or they weren't writing anymore checks.

My husband and I bought our first house with Kari Haas and could not be happier with the experience! Kari and Darren were available from early in the mornings to late at night and quickly answered our many questions, even for a maintenance question once we bought the home! My wife and I have purchased two homes with Kari Haas as our agent. Recently we started our own business and purchased a townhome as an investment property in Seattle. Kari, Darren, and team were extremely helpful in taking the time to show us homes and enabled us to consider all of the best options around the area. We are impressed by Kari’s abilities beyond getting our offer accepted. We appreciate her ability to communicate between parties and providing us information that we needed to make an informed decision. One example of this was a frequent calls, texts, and Zoom call to go over details and disclosures which can be very stressful for most home buyers. We were interested in a property for sale that the offer review was in a few days. Called 3x and left messages that we wanted to put in offer on the property. Never heard back. Also, noticed there wasn't a For Sale sign on the property. Of course the property is now pending.

Kari is amazing, she helped us buy and sell our house with ease. As transplants to WA and first time homebuyers, we weren't familiar with the area, and it was nice to feel taken care of with Kari's personal touch. On the way to sign the papers for our house, my car broke down on the freeway. Kari picked my brother & I up and took us to the signing herself. Our house sold within a few weeks on the market and it was an easy & quick process. Kari showed me some apartments for my move that she doesn't even make a commission off of. Her negotiation skills & knowledge of the area are top notch. Kari & team are highly recommended.

Thanks to Kari, we recently moved into an amazing home that's just perfect for us.We were introduced to her about a year ago, when we were starting our search. My partner and I were moving to Seattle to be close to her family, but neither of us were very familiar with the city. She showed us a variety of homes in different neighborhoods to help us narrow down the qualities that were important to us.After almost a year, we finally found a home that we loved. She worked with us to make the best offer we possibly could, and we were fortunate to have it accepted (there was another offer that was nearly identical except for a few extra provisions Kari's team recommended). She was incredibly helpful throughout the closing process and beyond, doing all the little things like recomending vendors we may need.Throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Buying a home is a stressful endeavor but not when you have Kari to see you along. I felt like I was her only client and knew that because she truly cared and because she paid remarkable attention to detail that she was going to find us a perfect home. And that's exactly what she did.I could not recommend Kari enough!

Kari and her team are absolute pros! I could not have asked for a better realtor to sell my home. Professional every step of the way. They made sure our home was ready to put on the market. The photos, staging, and marketing helped get us top dollar from the sale of our home. The entire process was smooth. I handed over the keys and moved out of town and they took care of the rest! Highly reccommended!

Kari is beyond awesome!My fiancé and I just finished purchasing our first home (that is literally our dream home) and we could not have done it without Kari.Kari's dedication, skilled team members (special shout out to Darren!), availability, respect and amazing ability at negotiating all helped us so much.As first time home buyers, we had no idea how buying a house worked. We weren't sure of the steps involved, what the market was like, what style of house we wanted or even what 'closing' meant! Kari, Darren and her team did a 12/10 job helping us out with all of those questions we had.Kari and Darren explained the whole process to us before, during, and after (it felt like getting a mini college course on real estate!!). Whenever we had questions, they answered. Kari and Darren were also there for our signing, our closing day, every single house tour, and all the pieces in between whenever we needed help.We are both engineers, so we have very demanding schedules but Kari was able to work with our schedule basically seamlessly. We were able to reach her and her team anytime we had questions and they were able to setup home tours around our schedule.Beyond just explaining every step of the process to us, the other thing that was extra special about Kari was that she had so much respect for us and genuinely wanted to make sure we chose the right house for us. This was so important to us in the end, especially in a market like this - buying a house can be a pretty long and draining process and it can be disappointing to not be able to find 'your' house. Sometimes - this can end up with settling for a house! We had a few moments where we wanted to settle and Kari would not let that happen! Before we made any decisions, Kari made sure it was what we wanted.Thank goodness Kari encouraged us to keep on looking and not settle because In the end we were able to find our DREAM HOUSE (really, it's the perfect house for us). When we finally found our home, Kari even made sure to check if we were sure it was the one since it was missing one thing we had on our list - this is something I don't think many real estates might do but it just showed how much respect she had for both of us!Kari was excellent in helping us navigate the process of putting in a competitive offer. She walked us through every single step of the process (counter offers, contracts etc.) Beyond just finding our house - she also had the greatest people to refer us to. We wanted to get our carpet replaced before moving in and and she was able to refer us to a person who came out and gave us a bid. That really made moving in so much easier as we had one less thing to worry about.In all, we would 120% recommend Kari to anyone looking to buy a home. I would buy another house through her -- but we might never leave since we love our house so much!!
