Julie and her team are Superstars. They took our house, which had severe challenges, from scratch to Market in 6 weeks and it sold a few days later for more than 10% over asking. Julie coordinated all the repair work and upgrades since we live out of state. She was able to find fair rates for excellent work from the contactors. Her team worked on schedule and within budget and provided excellent communication on the progress. Kudos.

I truly can't say enough about Julie and her amazing team! The professionalism, knowledge, and communication were incredible before, during, and after our home sale. Julie helped sell our home in Sammamish in 4 days, with multiple offers, and above asking. This may not seem like a big deal if we're talking 2020 or 2021, but she and her team helped pull this off during the Spring of 2023, after interest rates had been raised 10 times and the overall real estate market had gone dead during much of 2022. Besides being super knowledgeable about local markets, timing, sales data, and all things real estate - what is so special about Julie is that she seems to have an innate sense of the story of a home, who the ideal buyers are, and what types of features might best connect the home's story to the buyers. Julie provided us with great suggestions to help improve the marketability of our home, and she followed through with contractors, painters, and other tradespeople to implement the work quickly. The day we went on market we booked 7 appointments - which speaks to Julie's insightful strategy and top notch tactics. Julie and her team were FABULOUS in every way! This was an estate sale and emotions were high. The involved parties often at odds with how to proceed and Julie handled the difficulties with poise, ease, clarity and help at every turn. Working with Julie was the worst experience I have ever had. I have bought and sold 9 homes and had great experiences with other realtors. I have never had a realtor tell me that they didn’t know how to download the information on my listing so I could review it before it went live. We also wanted to see the photos but you’d have thought we asked for a trip to the moon! When prodded, she said she’d “try to figure it out”. We had no idea if we’d get to see our listing before it went live or not. In the end we got screen shots but that was after many conversations and getting very firm with her.Julie would do things without communicating and I would find out last minute what she was intending to do. She also wanted us to stage the house for a lot more money that was required, especially in a market where houses sell in under a week. Honestly, in this hot market anyone can sell home, but she kept telling me it required a lot of skill but she, herself, wasn’t showing me what skill was actually required. She only made everything more difficult than it had to be by not communicating and asking for things to be fixed that were broken (if she just looked closer).Do yourself a favor and find another realtor who is kind and knowledgeable with their computer system and won’t try to gouge you out of money that isn’t necessary.

Julie and her team made our 1st home buying experience so easy, which is saying a lot in the current climate. Dominique was a pleasure to work with and extremely patient helping us find the right place during our hunt and then Julie jumped in to help close the deal and get our offer accepted! They also work with a great network of people that made the entire closing process so seamless that we were able to close a week early.
