It is a really great experience to work with Joseph Jewelry to memorize this very important event in life. The staffs are super friendly, and they show their genuine interest and excitement to let us share our happiness. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, and the price is really reasonable. We would consider this shop for many next times.

I am so glad we found this amazing jewelry store in DT Bellevue! I have ordered - repair of a vintage ring; creation of engagement ring for my daughter, cleaning, and redesign of existing jewelry. Joseph's Jewelry has been exceptional in all capacities. Their sales people and repair people are incredible: answering questions; staying on schedule; and offering guidance where needed. So thankful at how easy it is to do business with them, and love the quality of customer service, and product service! I won't go anywhere else!

I've had the pleasure of having Christine help me find my engagement ring back in 2020 and even my wedding band just a few months ago. Christine was so patient while I tried on the same rings over and over again as well as answering any questions I had. :)

We worked with Joseph Jewelry (especially with Christine) to design my fiance's custom wedding band, and the experience was so satisfying! Christine was so friendly and easy to work with, and the communication from the whole team was clear and timely throughout the whole design process. Especially since we were designing our own ring, it was really reassuring to see how open they were to our feedback throughout the process and I always felt confident that we were in good hands. Krystle at the Bellevue location was incredible throughout the whole process. MY fiancee and I went into the process with very basic knowledge on rings and really what she was looking for in her perfect ring.Krystle was able to help guide us with ease and comfortably to the perfect set of rings that helped us build out the vision for what the final product would look like.When I say my fiancee loves the ring, I mean she can't stop talking about how perfect it turned out. The setting, the sparkle, the elegance. Even better than what we imagined.Not only was Krystle great with setting us up for success, she also helped make sure the ring was in production and would arrive on my specific timeline. I could not recommend Joseph Jewelry enough if you are looking to design your engagement ring. 5/5 and truly all professionals across the board and they really care about making sure the final product is exactly what you imagined.

I have my grandmother's wedding ring and it was temporarily lost and stepped on, crushing the "leaves" that surrounded the diamond. Joseph Jewelry was able to restore it to almost new condition, including refinishing the white gold.And the cost was well within what I felt was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I had Joseph Jewlery resize my engagement ring down 3 sizes. I went several other places and did not think it could be done. They were able to resize it (and reset some stones) for a SUPER affordable price and the ring looks stunning! They had my ring back to me very quickly and had great customer service. I am so pleased with the ring and cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent service and very fair pricing for a ring we had resized. Other jewelers told us the sizing was impossible and would require extensive workmanship. Joseph's did it without hesitation for a fraction the cost quoted from other stores and the workmanship was excellent! I put my trust in them to care for my precious and very valuable ring and they did not disappoint!They told us it would take 10-14 days but was completed in about 4 days. Excellent experience, excellent quality! I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I had major damage to my wedding band and as always Joseph's customer service was top notch. Great communication and incredible detailed photos of before and after of the work they did for me. Andriana always kept me informed of the process and gave great advice.
