I feel so lucky to have Cristian and Tony, from John L. Scott, as my realtors. They made selling my home convenient and easy. They listened to my ideas and concerns. They understood that I didn't have a lot of time to find contractors or to spend time prepping my home and they did it all in a short time, while also keeping me informed of everything. I never had to reach out to them, they kept me up to date with calls, texts, emails and pictures. They were responsive, quick, and paid attention to details. My home had offers within 2 days of going on the market and sold for well over asking price. If you need a realtor, don't hesitate to call Cristian and Tony. You will be satisfied with their professionalism and service!!

This real estate agent from this office promised and sent the application for my friend and she gave the notice at her place as she had a very strong cosigner to make sure she gets the townhouse, and after she signed the lease and sent it back and asked he agent for 3 days to where she can send the money for the first and deposit, he then ended up contacting here and told her that he decided to give it to someone else. No moral at all, when she latterly told him that she will end up in the street if she can't find a place by the end of the month and he didn't care at all. Never use the services of this office ever again, toying with people feelings and life is not a joke Mr. Rob

Our real estate agent, Martin Morales, made the home buying process smooth and as painless as possible! I approached him right before the holidays not expecting to hear from him or even get started. I told him I wasn’t sure I would qualify but would like to know where I stand. He connected me that same evening with a mortgage lender and got me pre-approved within a few days. My entire process from beginning to closing was just a little over a month!!! He worked with my crazy schedule and was super helpful reassuring me and setting my expectations throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him if anyone wants to get started! Thank you so much for making our home buying dream come true!

Sue was the best. She answered questions in a timely manner when we had them. She explained the steps of the process generally and gave us a deeper breakdown of where we were which was helpful to me as a first time home buyer in avoiding information overload. She was friendly and personable making her real easy to talk to. She informed us of programs that I didn't even know were available to first time home buyers. Homebuying is a stressful experience especially for first timers and i would recommend everyone finding someone like Sue Landowski to make it as stressless and easy as possible. But you don't have to take my word for it, I'm just a new home owner and I credit Sue in a large part for making it happen. If it wasn't for her and Riley Chase from Movement Mortgage i would still be living in an apartment paying about the same for rent and square foot as I'm now gonna be paying for my new home where I can change whatever I want in the house. Don't like the faucets, I can get new ones. Don't like the color, time for a paint job. Want more space, I can build an add on. She even got us paying less for closing costs than I was expecting, so I can do more right of the bat.TLDR: Sue Landowski is a great realtor to have on your homebuying team as she goes above and beyond. I would also recommend Riley Chase from Movement Mortgage as he will help you to the best of his abilities when it comes to financing.

We used the Golik Group for both selling and buying. Upon meeting, Brian and Kim were very personable. They showed us their years of experience, and initially offering us great advice on our selling situation, easing our stress, which is ultimately what made us decide to work with the Golick Group. In a time where rates were high and the market uncertain, we were confident in their abilities to get us top dollar for our home and they delivered! We were impressed on their abilities of negotiating a deal within budget for our new home, one that we didn't think was possible for us yet!Brian, Kim, and Savannah work extremely well together. They love what they do and it really shows. We were always able to communicate with them when needed and in return, they did the same, walking us through each step of the process. We are very grateful for the Golick Group - they went above and beyond and would highly recommend them.

Michele Schweizer did a fantastic job with helping us to decide how best get the house ready for the current challenging market conditions. We listed the house Friday and had 2 open houses that weekend. We heard great things from those that viewed the house and the staging and photos really made it shine and stand out from the crowd. Norm, Lori, Hayden and their entire team helped me purchase a condo in Washington state during the months of June and July 2022. The team was professional, experienced and friendly throughout the processes. Norm took initiative to regularly send listings of homes based on my requirements and also provided me a booklet to prep me with details for home purchase. He also drove out to those houses to examine and provide me with all the nitty gritty details of the house as printouts. Lori is a good negotiator who assisted me with securing an offer to the house that I eventually purchased. Hayden helped me with all documentation work and legalities. For a first time home buyer like me, Norm’s team was a perfect match. I thank the entire team for working in a timely fashion to help me successfully purchase a home!
