This store looks like a bomb went off in it. I don't want to see the store close because they have the best sales on yarn, but something needs to change. I went in today and was treated so poorly by one of the employees I just left the store. The disrespect towards me for simply asking where I could find an item was absolutely uncalled for and unexpected. I wish I got her name, but I was so taken off guard by her behavior I didn't pay attention. If you hate your job then go somewhere else! Anyways, I hope they can turn the store around, but I don't foresee that happening.

The manager was so rude, I asked her to help finding something, she said “I don’t know”.There was one cashier even a long line, had to wait almost 30min. It seems like they don’t manage well with everything.

This store is so bleak. Understaffed and the shelves are either empty or in complete disarray.

It looks like it's going out of business.I feel for the staff having to work in this environment... It's obvious there aren't enough people working here to possibly keep it clean and well stocked. The other locations in the area don't look anything like this, So you got to wonder what's happening at this particular store... Working in retail for the past few decades myself, to me it looks like they need a change in management.Aisle after aisle of empty shelves, clutter on the floors, unmarked pricing, outdated sale signs, and total disappointment.Basics like sewing needles have a 6 ft area of shelving dedicated to them and there's only three packs available. Thread has an area dedicated with 90% emptiness. The areas that do have full inventory are in total disarray. The front of the store is chaos... The entryway where they're supposed to have seasonal displays to entice you, has a single box of 80% off Christmas candy canes and one gnome sign. There's no shopping carts inside the store, but you can find them scattered around the parking lot here and there.Only one exhausted cashier with a huge line that took 25 minutes to get through. The only reason we waited in line is because we had already spent 40 minutes waiting for our name to get called to cut fabric. There is only one person at the fabric cut station as well.Thankfully in the same parking lot, not 200 feet away is a Michaels that has clean, beautiful displays, always in stock inventory and a well staffed store.

Don’t go here!!!!! They don’t update their hours. We drove over 20 minutes to get here because it says they are open, but to only find out they closed early for no reason

Do not order anything online from this store. All items say they are in stock, you order, wait for an email saying your items are ready for pickup, but days will pass. Then you receive a sorry email that the items are out of stock. I tried Joann’s for the last time!

They have nothing in stock and in their shelves. If you want fabric, great but if you’re looking for anything else, good luck!

I feel bad for the staff here. Incredibly understaffed and the whole store is in complete disarray. Clutter everywhere and walls are sparse. Inventory is all over the aisles left unpacked for DAYS. Floors are sticky for days without any janitorial staff. Lines and lines (if there are any shoppers) with only one associate to help. It's too bad because this store is the only one in the area and has a great selection of products when it's on display and not in cardboard boxes piled high. It's disappointing. It's complete opposite of Michael's across the street which provides a more more modern and clean shopping environment.

Bad form to let customers in the door, watch them waiting with their fabric selections in the fabric cutting line while store is open, work slowly as you complain about your job, then tell them to leave because you are out of time before store closes. Then refuse to hold their purchases. Bellevue store.

My friend and I shopped over $100.00 dollars at this Joanns to find there was only one cashier and over 25 people in line. Needless to say we left and shame on Joanns for not adding more cashiers. We won’t be shopping at this location anymore. We felt so sorry for the poor one cashier. Shame on you manager’s.

I usually love Joanns, it was so dirty, 1 checkstand opened, 8 people in line. Cluttered. I felt sorry for the employees, offer full time wages with benefits, you will keep and acquire great employees.

I really want to give Joann's a better rating. It used to be such a great place. But now, like most big companies, they understand and understock. Everything is a bit messy and the selection has shrunk so much. It's no wonder they can't compete if they can't even keep the basics in stock or keep the store organized.

The non-fabric side of the store was kinda empty, but its possible they were in the middle of putting things out. Other than that was able to find some of the things I was looking for

I feel so sorry for the employees at this store - they are badly and chronically understaffed. Most of them really do try their best. However, i will no longer be giving them any of my business. Ordering online and picking up in store seems like a convenient option and often includes sale prices not available directly in store. A couple times I've been in the store and seen the items I want, and yet my order gets canceled. Today, I got a notice that my PAID order had been picked up. I didn't pick up the order and no one else was authorized to do so. When I tried to call and rectify the situation, no one answers the phone (again, lack of staff). Sorry, JoAnn, I just can't continue our years- long relationship. I'm breaking up with you.
