“Changing my review now, got a text immediately after posting this and was able to meet with Christine (who is THE best) and we bought our engagement ring today! I never got the emails, even checked my spam, kind of wish she would have texted or called when I didn’t respond to the emails (that I never got) because we were very serious about buying and were waiting for her to reach out! But nonetheless we still bought and it all worked out! And I can’t wait to see my ring in 3 months!Came here two weekends ago and had an amazing experience (totally forgot the lady we worked with) but she was great! We were looking at engaging rings and she was incredibly thorough. She said she’d get back to us to schedule a follow up as she wanted to check out pricing on other lab made diamonds for us and we haven’t heard back.. we definitely want/ed to give this place our money since we had such a good experience and am a little surprised she said she’d reach back out but she hasn’t.. I guess we’ll go somewhere else :(”

Gentlemen at Olsen & Son's went above and beyond to make sure my watch fits perfect, making me try the watch on a few times until we found the best position of the links!The price was more than fair at $10 for watch size adjustment.The location was clean with welcoming atmosphere.10/10 ??”

My story- The earrings i bought in Lahina needed adjustment. I called Bellevue and the staff were extremely helpful even - I was not even buying anything. I went back to add a pendant a few months later. Today i completed the set with a ring - staff again very helpful with matching the color- offered to send a gold ring with the correct color pearl to the factory with the white gold ring i wanted to switch the pearls and to size it without additional charge. I know that nothing is "free" but the service, the fact that they remembered me 5 months later and being gracious counts!”

“I sold my gold chain here. The staff was very friendly and professional. They gave me a fair price and the whole transaction was quick and easy. I was in and out in like 10 min with cash in hand. I would definitely recommend checking them out. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the remote locked doors that require an employee to buzz you in but I’m sure it keeps the rift raff out which I actually like and appreciate.”

And the earrings would perfectly fit into my budget as well.My wife absolutely loved the earrings, and they forever will be a beautiful representation of the fight we are going through together helping my 3 year old son battle Leukemia.
