Janelle and the APM team were incredible as we went through the process of our first home purchase. Not only did she find us a great mortgage rate, but she was great at explaining and guiding us through the complicated process every step of the way.Additionally, Janelle is well connected in the greater Seattle housing ecosystem and was able to connect us to a real estate agent and insurance broker that we were perfect fits for us and what we were looking to accomplish.We will be coming to Janelle for all of our financing needs in the future.

Janelle and her team have helped me buy two homes now and made the process as opaque or transparent as I need it to be. They look out for you and coach you through the process from Step 0 to finish. Trying to find a place to call home is stressful enough and I really appreciated her support through all the questions I've had from qualifying to working through downpayment options. I trust her team (Tina) and her implicitly and it has always been the right choice!

Any time we felt confused or overwhelmed, they jumped in to inform and reassure us. At one point Alex was on the phone with us on-and-off for almost a whole day, helping us through the escrow process. She went way above and beyond to make our lives easier. Janelle, Tina, Alex, and the rest of the Evergreen team are the best in the business. We've been with them for years and years, and most recently they helped us buy our current home five years ago. Since then we've refinanced the property twice, and each time the process has been painless and easy to understand. Janelle always has time for her clients; to answer questions, explain things, you name it. The whole team is quick to respond to any question no matter how small or silly, and they are professional and trustworthy and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for home loan-related matters. Just... wow. Janelle, Alex, and the whole team at Evergreen were so awesome to work with for financing our new home. I have worked with Janelle twice: once when purchasing a few years ago and again when refinancing this year. Both times, Janelle has been great to work with. When I was in the market to buy a home, Janelle made my experience as a first time home buyer as smooth as possible. She worked closely with my realtor to get any documents needed for offers with a tight turnaround. This was around market peak, so the competition was fierce. It was good to never feel like my lender was slowing us down or dragging their feet. And when I wanted to refinance to put some extra money down and get a better interest rate, Janelle made the process a breeze. She also provided detailed explanations whenever I had a question. I was able to capitalize on the low interest rates no problem and now save hundreds a month. Janelle is my go-to. If you are looking for a lender, give her a call or send her a message.

Janelle did a fantastic job handling our mortgage on our new home. I did quite a bit of research and ended up narrowing the field to three candidates, Janelle being one of them. She and the other two candidates had very positive reviews. I then interviewed (phone-call) each of them. Janelle stood out to me as a professional, sincere and capable person to handle our needs. It took my wife and I nearly one year to finally find the house for us. Through all of that time Janelle kept checking in and letting us know she would be ready when we were. She also gave us positive thoughts along the way as we dealt with an extremely competitive market with little inventory. Often we would have her run numbers for us based upon a potential home with the latest interest rates. She always jumped on our requests. Eventually we found the right home and Janelle's Team jumped into action! They all knew exactly what to do and ensured we kept to a tight time-line. They laid it all out for us and we simply provided what was needed and when it was needed. We were very happy with the whole process. The icing on the cake was Janelle's packages to us. We received a sizeable gift certificate for U-Haul, a great gift basket to celebrate our successful loan closure, and other perks along the way. I highly recommend Janelle!!
