I visited this place for watch repair. The guy there who removed the links on my watch was super friendly and quick. He charged me a reasonable price. This is the second time I am using the service from them. Great place to get the service done on time. I highly recommend this place. It is mentioned as Eastside Watch Repairs.

I would trust my most precious watch with Rob. He went to horology school when he was in high school! 20+ years in the industry and it shows.Great customer service and raport with clientele as well. Only place I will take my watches for service/repairs.

Jodi was super informative, kind and knowledgable as she reviewed several pieces of jewelry with me this morning. I thought I would try J. Lewis Jeweler, again. I have bought numerous pieces of jewelry from them in the past. I called to schedule an appointment for an appraisal on a family heirloom. Unfortunately, the experience I have had with them has not been so good (lately).They need to improve on their professional communication when it comes to answering the phone. Strong customer service should be conveyed in order to motivate a new or returning customer they made the right choice to give them a call. It definitely was disappointing. It could have been so much better! I did try.

My ring was in need of recents ring the main stone and they retipped the ring. I had 6 pave stones missing and found out the ring needed to be re-rounded (all new terms for me) due to wearing during crafting/working out. We thought the repairs would take longer but they were done in a week and the work was more affordable than other jewelers had quoted. I am thrilled with the appearance of the ring. It looks as good as new and I will be using this jeweler in the future for all repairs as they come up. Highly recommend!

Had recently purchased a European watch online (not at J Lewis) and a couple of the screws fell out causing the watch band to become dislodged. The Manufacturer was NOT at all helpful in getting me the correct screws, but J Lewis went out-of-their-way to help me find the right parts and get the watch repaired. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely shop there for future jewelry and watch needs.
