I haven't had the same experience as some of the more recent reviews. Maybe because I shop on weekday evenings, but Ive always had good customer service at this store. Whether its finding another size, an opinion on which piece fit me better or just doing an exchange for a different size for a online purchase, same consistent customer service. I shop here quite a bit, I always look on the web site and ask if they would match the sale price (tip, app sometimes doesn't always find the item). The store is always been clean and organized. The recent store rearrangement put the men's clothes up front, but the sales items in the back. There's alot of foot traffic in this store as i've noticed sales items go really quick.

I recently visited the J.Crew store and was quite disappointed with the overall customer service. There were about five employees in the store and only two customers, including myself, so I’m not sure what the staff were so busy with. When I asked one of the staff members where the fitting rooms were, she looked at me, didn’t say a word, and simply walked away. I then asked another employee, a male staff member, and he kindly showed me to the fitting rooms, which I appreciated.
However, when I needed help finding the right size, I approached a female employee at the checkout counter to ask if she could check if they had other sizes available. Once again, she didn’t respond and just walked off without any explanation. It felt like most of the staff didn’t enjoy their jobs and were unwilling to assist customers. This unprofessional behavior left a negative impression and made my shopping experience quite frustrating.

Went in to drop off a return that I had initiated online and instead of refunding me, the employees charged me for the item again. Now I have paid for 2 pairs of pants and own 0 due to the employees incompetence.

Most employees at this location probably hate their job. Asked a male employee where an item was located and he just pointed in it's direction from far away instead of walking with me to show it. When asked again he clearly got upset and walked towards it and walked right back after pointing at it. My husband also asked him something and he gave a very brief and unclear reply. And just so you know, the store was almost empty with only one or two customers looking at stuff on their own. Please work elsewhere if you're so dissatisfied with your job as you're not doing anyone a favor by serving them at a business that pays you to do so. That and the employees would never bother to greet or acknowledge anyone let alone offer help with anything. This type of attitude is especially harmful for a struggling business/company like JCREW as the poor quality of the merchandise doesn't compensate for the inadequate customer service provided at their stores.

Came in looking for a dress I had seen online. Aimlessly walked around looking for it or something similar as the online store mentioned it may not be in stock. Not once did a single person ask if I needed help and I walked past a few employees. I shouldn’t have been shocked given that I wasn’t greeted. This would be understandable if the store was bigger or crowded, but it’s small and during my visit it was empty. Customer service goes a long way. Kind of glad they said nothing so I can take my business elsewhere.

Mediocre service here in Bellevue location and the selection is very limited. I wonder who does the ordering here because it’s very lacking every season?
J Crew at South Coast Plaza in Orange County, CA is by far the best when it comes to selection, service, and employees that greet their customers with a smile.

Natalie was so helpful tonight. The mall is so busy and J Crew was hustle and bustle but she was so attentive, polite and professional. Left the store with such a good feeling. Thank you Natalie!!

Generally a good experience, but noticed lines can take forever and as usual there is no one really manning the cash registers, despite seeing available staff just standing around. I even saw the manager come to the line and ask for patience... I'm like why don't you just step in and open a register? Words don't do anything, actions will.

The store seems disheveled on most of my visits. Shopping in the men’s section, it is hard to determine if they are out of stock of a particular item or if the item is simply buried under piles of unfolded clothes. This has sent me home to shop online rather than browse this specific store in person.

I love shopping here. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I wish they have more pertite size in store.
