I like this dealership, they treat people well and are very friendly. The service writer even washed my car for me while the normal guy was at lunch. Would've given 4 or maybe 5 stars if it didn't take 2 hours for an oil change and if they had noticed my car has staggered wheel sizes and hadn't put my rear wheels on the front during a tire rotation. (Wheels and tires are bigger on the back on M sport BMWs). They responded well when I called them and hopefully this will not happen again. Super comfortable waiting room and the fresh chocolate chip cookies were a plus.

The purchasing process of my new 2024 Infiniti QX 60 pure from Infiniti of Bellevue was outstanding. My last car purchase was many many years ago and my last car was an Infiniti. I really like the dealership as well as everyone I interacted with and I am a big fan of Infiniti. This is my fourth one.

Fantastic experience again on my 2nd service for my QX60, Asha Taft is very helpful customer service Advisor. She help sharing all details and fix the online scheduling mistakes and gave right service to my Infinity. This bellevue location is very convenient and they keep some coffee and snacks while car getting serviced. Good place to buy the car and serviced. ✅✅

Took my car for diagnostic on the car seat… almost $300 later; they were nice enough to notice there was something stuck in the track and removed it. However, I drove away with a seat that is now making a loud noise. Almost sounds like something is wrong with the motor or the alignment is off so it gets stuck. When I asked the mechanic to look at it, he DW40’ed it and pretty much said he has no idea why is now making the sound. Not a great experience. Wished I hadn’t gone there.

I always have a great experience here! Brandon is the service tech I always work with, and he’s super helpful and friendly. I’ve had my Infiniti for about 1.5 years and go in pretty frequently because I drive a lot for work, and it’s great having the consistency of working with the same person every time. Always a great experience here

Asked not to wash the car as I washed it the day earlier, the dealership went ahead and washed it leaving water spots on the entire vehicle.
