Haida is my Favorite Cashier. He is the best Native American in Seattle knowledgeable about all smoke shop Products always Plays Fantastic Oldies From Earth wind and fire to acdc and rap.. Haida Knows all. ABOUT tribal Ceremonies Throughout region.. love this store since new ownership has taken over. I love the people, great place to go for what you need and want ❤️❤️❤️

This place is ok, it was WAY better a year ago. It is what it is, they had a great crew that knew the shop really well, but it can't be easy to retain experienced workers at a smoke shop. Now it's basically a bunch of new people that still seem to be learning the ropes. Also I have lived in this area my entire life, and I have never been asked to leave a tip, verbally, after my purchase. Very unusual, at least around here. I am a bud tender in the area, I don't make tips, I just get paid a fair wage...
Also I used to recommend Hotbox to my customers looking for more glass options, but I haven't been doing that because the vibe in that shop has gone from chill to tense and awkward. They do have good products though.

Hotbox has been my go to for years because they have the best customer service hands down. Not too pricey, but there’s cheaper smoke shops.

There's a scruffy guy who works there who kept calling me sweetie and saying things like that. Like ew, I came for a vape. Then he encouraged me to try it out right there. Another worker got annoyed when I did. Then I asked for a disposable nic vape, and he had no interest in showing me any. Didn't give me any help with my new battery. Except for telling me to fet red since it would match my lips???. :(
