Had a great experience at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue working with Cal. We were in the market shopping for a reliable Hybrid Crossover. Cal walked us through the features of the Honda CRV Sport, we took it for a quick test drive and really liked it. I was dreading the next interaction when you have to talk "car price" at a dealership, but was pleasantly surprised by how straight forward it was to work with Cal on getting to an agreeable price point. We also got a decent value for our trade-in. We felt Cal had our back through the entire sales process and were very grateful for that. The finance office guy (I forget his name) was also very cordial and not too pushy/aggressive when it came to offering add-ons. Overall we had a great experience with Honda of Bellevue, this is the second car we bought from them. Highly recommend these folks especially Cal Scott!

My visit to Honda Auto Center of Bellevue was nothing short of a nightmare, my car was being held hostage for 2 days for no reason. The poor communication, lack of coordination, and unnecessary charges have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options. This experience was an absolute letdown, and I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others.Tuesday, September 19.I want to share my absolutely dreadful experience with Honda Auto Center of Bellevue, and I must say that I will never set foot in this establishment again. My visit was a perfect example of how not to treat a customer, and I feel compelled to leave this review to warn others.I had scheduled an appointment for 7am sharp, hoping to get a timely assessment and possible shock and strut replacement for my CRV. Upon arrival, I spoke with an advisor named "Chad." To my astonishment, Chad couldn't provide me with a reasonable estimate of the time it would take to complete the job. He insisted that I leave my car and wait for their call or text message.Fast forward 10 hours, and I finally received a text from Chad confirming for the shock and strut replacement. By this point, I was growing increasingly frustrated as I had been stranded without my car all day. Next day, to make matters worse, I waited until 3pm for any further updates, but nothing came.Exasperated, I reached out to Chad, only to be told that he was on his day off and had no knowledge of my car's status. He instructed me to call Honda Auto Center of Bellevue for more information. This revelation left me utterly flabbergasted. How could the person I entrusted my car to not have a clue about its progress?I contacted the center, only to discover that they hadn't even started working on my car because they lacked the necessary parts for the shock and strut replacement. It was as though my whole 2 days had been wasted, and my car was being held hostage for 2 days for no reason.To add insult to injury, I was charged a whopping $139.99 for inspections, despite having explained my car's issues to Chad right from the beginning. This left me feeling completely taken advantage of and thoroughly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and competence at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue.

Today I received such wonderful service while buying a car from both Christian and Emily! Christian was so kind from the beginning and made me feel relaxed and at ease and helped me get a great deal on a car I love! Emily was so sweet and helpful with the warranties and financing options and I left feeling fully aware of everything I signed up for and not just rushed through the door. Both of them made what is normally a stressful situation, a very pleasant one and I wish all car buying experiences could be like this. Highly recommend these two ?

I took my friend to this dealer to shop for CR-V hybrid model and everything went really smooth surprisingly. Overall, our experience was great and straightforward. Atilla was our salesman and he was such a pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend to ask for him if you're looking for your car at this dealership. He is very patient, professional, and genuinely nice person. He took time to explain every single feature of the car and he guided us through the whole process. The whole process was painless unlike what I expected. Finance Paul is also amazing to work with. I highly recommend taking a look at this dealership if you're in the market for a car.

We bought a 2021 Honda Odyssey and Dennis made the process smooth and painless. The entire team at the Honda Auto Center of Bellevue is great, and I’d highly recommend getting a car and servicing cars with them. I used to own a Honda, foolishly switched to Hyundai after my Honda was wrecked, and I’m very happy to be back with a Honda again. Great, reliable cars, and the people at this location are super helpful and professional. All around great experience.

Bellevue Honda sucks-as mercenary and a cheap as it gets especially when, as a customer, I bought my Honda Fit there, and my son, upon my recommendation, bought his Civic in the same place. Here's the scoop- they wanted to charge me $47 for my left headlight and then charge labor to install it. This was outrageous. I bought the same headlight for $18 at NAPA; however the friendly folks at Honda refused to install it saying it had to be a Honda part! I took my bulb over to Midas and they installed it for free. I tipped tbe mechanic. To hell with Bellevue Honda!!!

We just purchased 2023 Honda CR-V today. We were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The level of professionalism and patience displayed by Michael Brar truly made the car-buying process a breeze. Our experience at Honda of Bellevue was a great one. Michael was great to work with and led us through buying a new car. He took his time with us, listened to what we wanted and was respectful. We never felt pressured. He was very knowledgeable on the car we bought and even stayed late to go over all the features of our new car. We would highly recommend Michael if you are in need of buying a Honda!

We had an incredible experience at Honda of Bellevue thanks to the amazing Ian Spicknall. Our situation required the purchase of a new Honda Civic in a strict timely manner, and Ian was able to push through every obstacle in his way to make sure we got what we needed. He was very accommodating in every way possible, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I highly recommend going to Ian if you want an honest and trustworthy salesperson to make the car-buying process a thousand times easier. Thank you Ian, I am so incredibly happy with my car!!!

If you're a Costco member then this is the place to get your Costco Auto Buying pricing.While I didn't originally have the "lead" request generated from Costco, I was lucky enough to discover that Honda Auto Center of Bellevue is an approved Costco Auto Buying Dealership, and they provided me with a good auto buying experience.While I mentioned to them that the price wasn't "awesome" but at the same time it wasn't "awful" either, all-n-all it was a good and decent price considering the chip shortage and low inventory, YMMV.The SUV was delivered one day ahead of schedule which is a plus, and our salesperson, Forrest, was very responsive to our text messages (except when he was with other clients which is understandable).Schedule an appointment with Forrest if you are car shopping and if you're also a Costco customer mention it to him as well, you'll be glad you did. Also, Karim was a pleasure to work on the Costco buying price as well, he's very familiar with the Costco Auto Buying program too.
