customer service is terrible. my mother visited this store and at the checkout the cashier named Mimi without asking permission opened a credit card, just asked for a phone number and social security number, since my mother does not speak English, which she warned the cashier about, she did not understand why all this and did not even know that it was a credit card, how annoying you are with your credit cards!!!

do not come here if you need a cart/have a stroller/use a wheel chair/weigh more than 100 pounds because there is shit EVERYWHERE. carts, shit on the floor, storage, trolleys, garbage, you name it.

This HomeGoods is located in a big box shopping complex near Downtown Bellevue which also includes a Trader Joe's and REI. Not a fan of the parking lot, so I try to avoid coming here at busy times. The store has a nice assortment of home furnishings and supplies. I would compare it to the selection of Ross, except that it is more orderly and the quality seems a bit better. I was looking for an indoor doormat and found the offerings to be okay but not great. The pricing was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but I ended up finding a mat that I liked, which met my needs. While HomeGoods is not my go-to place for home goods, I would consider shopping there again if they had a certain item that I wanted.

They always have the right pieces and things needed for our home. The sevice is always great. I never have any problems when I come here. The place is well organized, easy to navigate and never have any problems when it comes to customer service or anything here. They have great prices too!

Pretty awesome assortment of items. Kinda wish I had shopped here earlier. This biggest issue is just how chaotic the shelves are. There is just stuff everywhere and sometimes you gotta dig around to find what you’re looking for.

I had the most refreshing experience shopping here! Not only did they have a great inventory of furniture of other home staff, every single staff member was above exceptional. I was only there an hour, and in that time frame I encountered five different associates that made the experience so great. I live two hours away so I don’t go here often, but I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back and visit this place.
