Raphael and his team were top notch, professional, courteous and performed beyond expectations.
They collaborated on the design, provided great ideas and suggestions when asked, they provided expert advice areas that we should address and how they believe it would work best.
The end result turned out better than we expected and we now have the ability to walk directly to our front door from the street .. and our lawn is now level!

We recently hired Home Service Specialists to build a fence on our property and to create two custom pergolas. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Raphael, the lead on the job, and Kasia, who works in the office, both exceeded our expectations.
Their attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and exceptional customer service transformed our once unusable yard into a year-round oasis. The entire experience was incredibly rewarding, and we are thrilled with the finished product. We look forward to using this beautiful space to host friends and family for many special events in the years to come.

Our backyard was in need of an overhaul! We had a rotting deck, deteriorating retaining wall, and a useless side yard. My husband thought he could do it on his own, but soon realized he’d bit off more than he could chew. We got bids from 3 companies and chose to go with Home Service Specialists. Raphael was knowledgable and asked lots of questions during our bid process to fully understand what we wanted.His team was professional and always friendly. We did regular walkthroughs with Raphael during the process and there was always communication.They demolished our old deck, installed drainage, replaced our old retaining wall and also extended it, leveled our side yard, poured concrete steps and patio, and completely fenced in our backyard.Our property is so much more usable after all the great work they did! We can actually use and enjoy our yard and it’s safer for our kids and dog. I’ve recommended them to anyone needing yard work and we will 100% contact them for any future work.

This was our second time hiring the Home Service Specialists, last year being an entry porch and this year being a paver patio here in Sammamish. This was our first major home renovation experience since we purchased our home, and we couldn't be happier with Home Service Specialists (HSS)! Raphael and his team did an amazing job that finished right on time despite the initial hiccup with the hornets nest we found underneath the old retaining wall that was collapsing.We reviewed 5 estimates and decided to go with Raphael because his quote was the most detailed and competitive to other quotes we received with similar estimates. He was also very knowledgeable and explained all the risks and his plan in details.His team was very professional and friendly. They did a walkthrough with me everyday to review the progress, which was very nice of them.10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to do small/large landscaping work. Thank you HSS!

We worked with Kasia and Raphael in June to dig up our old brick paver patio and put in a new and larger one. In the 2+ months we've been finished with the project, not once have I regretted the decision. Kasia and Raphael helped us finalize our design - we wanted simple but nice and functional, which is exactly what we ended up with. The team that was here building the patio was polite and friendly, and hard working. We were communicated with often to keep us updated with any issues and I really felt that our happiness with the outcome was very important. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

We worked with Home Service Specialists in June to dig out an old brick paver patio and put in a new larger patio. Kasia and Raphael worked with us to plan out a simple and functional patio and it turned out perfect. We have spent hours out on the patio this summer dining and I've used it as my outdoor office when working from home. The crew that worked on it was friendly and polite and hard working. We had a great balance of communication to keep us updated on how it was all going and to troubleshoot any issues that popped up. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, it was a great experience!
