“This review is for delivering, trucks get there early...if its for 730 am appointment....If its early in the morning you should be able to take 130 st and go in the entrance there and be able to set yourself up for the dock its tight not going to lie the dock is west&east you need to be pointing east to back up...if not going to have to take ne 21 pl....swing wide or your trailer will go in the ditch SWING WIDE if going ne 21 plThey unload fast...and not going to lie its hard getting out too......this place is not ment for 53 foot trailers.... just go slow and take it wide....I had to knock a star off not because of the people that work there but getting in and out of the dock of hell.....And if you have a later appointment just don't go lol”
“My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“This is an awesome little store. It’s all the best products made in Seattle, especially food items. If you’re looking to send a care package or gifts to people out of state this is absolutely the place to go. Prices are high, but to be expected with local high quality goods. Staff was super friendly and the space is open and airy.”

It’s a cool little place to go by and check out! You have to get here off the street so cross over the skybridge or use the crosswalk outside Cheesecake Factory.”

“We worked with Shruti Balakrishnan, our designer, who was fantastic. Her sense of style and attention to detail were incredible. She listened to our preferences on colors and styles and nailed it when identifying furniture pieces that she thought we'd like. While taking in what we favored, she was also able to gently suggest things that were out of our comfort zone in a friendly, trust-worthy way, and we are pleased with everything she suggested. It was easy to communicate with her and she was prompt with follow-up. I highly recommend working with Shruti for her easy-to-get-along with manner and great sense of style.

“Great little shop! Inventory changes so if you are looking at an item let the staff know. I have consigned items recently and they are upfront with pricing and their consignment process. Service is great staff are helpful. Sometimes things don't sell and consignment ends, so you need to get them before somebody does. And they have lots of items and accessories!”
“Ask for Toni! I placed an order online and it was cancelled by Sleep Number due to me having different addresses under my name. I was told by customer service that all I had to do was go in person and verify my photo ID at a store. I was on business in NJ and so I went to the local store. They acted like I was a criminal, were unkind and irritated, put in low effort, and eventually said they could not help me unless I changed the address on my driver’s license! In contrast, with just a phone call to Toni, she went above and beyond to help me. She verified my identity and addresses, and then worked with her manager to make sure my order went through and the discount I had originally gotten was applied. All the while, she was communicative, kind, empathetic, and apologetic about the situation. If it wasn’t for Toni, I definitely would have gone somewhere else to purchase my mattress. Thank you so much, Toni!”

“I really enjoy this store, plenty of things to look at and fun gifts for folks that can be hard to buy for.
Unfortunately, this visit I felt a staff member following me around the store, almost creepily. After nearly bumping into her a few times, I finally asked if she worked there, which she agreed she did. Suggestion, if the store feels they need to "watch over" customers, then have staff wear name tags or make it clear to their customers......I almost walked out because of how I felt being watched so suspiciously.??”

One of my door handle was broken that it couldn't be simply fixed by tightening the screw. I contacted the store. Lori helped me greatly by communicating between the customer service of the manufacturer and me. Eventually, the broken parts were mailed to me and I was able to fix the problem successfully.”
“Thank you for going above and beyond to help us find the right ribbon. I visited Joann in Cross Roads as I was making fresh flowers arrangements and even though I was only looking for a ribbon and showed up 10 minutes before they closed, the gentleman at the store was super helpful, very polite and went out of his way to help me even though I was the last customer. I appreciate his help but specially his positive demeanor. Kudos to him and to Joann for having such a welcoming environment.”
