Wow. I wanted a necklace but it was already sold. Holly and her team made me a customized one. Holly picked out a similar pearl to compliment the lariat box chain. I have not even worn it a full 24 hours and I'm getting so many compliments, letting people know about this amazing place. Great to support local woman owned business. I love pearls and Holly/team really show that. Pearls are definitely real and luxurious. Kind and caring team, I appreciate the time they took to taklk to me in person. Amazing hospitality.

This pearl gallery has many unique selections, some of them are a piece of art, designed and hand made by Holly herself. She also does customized designs for her customers on demand. She is very knowledgeable about pearls. I got some education about pearls from her, she explained how to distinguish good quality of pearls, where does these pearls came from, general process of making a piece of jewelry from pearls(She collaborates with many people/manufactories from around the world). She often hosts charity events in hospitals and donates part of the profit. She was very patient and helped me pick a few earnings to try on and made good suggestions based on my preference. We also communicated in Chinese for a bit since we all came from China, it made the interaction much more authentic and down to earth. She was kind enough to give me a very good deal on the earrings I decided to buy:). She made an effort to know her client by asking questions. The interactions I had with her were much more meaningful comparing to the ones I had in Tiffany. I will definitely come back! This experience helped me to pay more attention to local businesses like hers, these hard working people actually enjoys what they do, try their best to serve local communities and at the same time make a living.

Many years ago, my husband discovered HZ at their original location after a work meeting and was so impressed with their focus on quality as well as presenting innovative styles, that he purchased for my birthday present a very creative necklace. I was so impressed (thanks hubby for getting it right), that I had to check out the shop myself. And I got hooked… since this first surprise, I have been purchasing at HZ earrings, necklaces and other things mostly for myself, but also for friends. Where else can you find such a collection of rare (pearl) colors, materials combined in styles that make heads turn? All pieces have always been a “hit” for their attention to craftmanship and beauty. The customer service was tested the one time a pearl came lose. The owner personally took care of the issue and I couldn’t be happier with the result. In short: full endorsement for HZ in The Bravern. Just beware… I didn’t know before finding the shop, how many different pearl jewelry pieces are “must haves”. ?

My husband and first discovered Holly’s store at the Bravern. I fell in love with everything, but of course one of everything was impossible but over the years I added to my world of pearls with her beautiful designs and wonderful service that turned into a wonderful friendship. I have never met anyone who knows so much about pearls! Holly's designs are all unique and with her knowledge she has helped design beautiful pieces for me that always draw compliments. The pearls here are the best quality. Her knowledge and customer service are outstanding - I would never buy pearls from any other jeweler!

Wow! I called Holly about having a pearl earring repaired that I'd bought there for my wife on our wedding day. She said sure bring it in. Then, I was blown away when Holly tracked me down with just my name and phone number. She emailed me to let me know their hours since COVID has impacted them. I went in today thinking I'd need to drop the earring off and she proceeded to fix my earring right then. I had a necklace I hadn't bought from HZ and had asked to pay to repair it. Holly repaired both the necklace, the earring, and gave me incredible new earring backers that were of higher quality than the previous ones. Holly insisted that all of this was free. The whole time we had a lively conversation and I got an incredible education about pearls. Holly is a testament to a business owner who really cares about the relationship.
