Just tried this place today. Brenda washed and cut my hair and it looks fantastic. In and out in less then 30 minutes. Good job I will be back.

Used to like this place however after my most recent visit I won't be coming back.Had someone new named Cindy "cut" my hair and they were extremely rude. Cindy kept tugging on my ear piercings to the point they were bleeding when I checked at home and repeatedly sighing loudly every 30 seconds while cutting my hair. At the end of my haircut, it wasn't even the same on both sides and my requests weren't followed.After cutting my hair, I had to ask if she could wash it and she sighed and reluctantly agreed but wouldn't dry it... I was dripping while I left the store and Cindy kept staring at the card machine while I paid as though she was expecting a tremendous tip for a terrible haircut let alone terrible service.

I have had incredible experiences with Dai at Hair Masters, and I could not recommend him more. You can tell he’s a very skilled hair stylist and a true professional who always accommodates his clients. He takes the time to listen to my preferences and gave me the styles that I wanted every time. He has been in the industry for a while so he is very experienced. I highly recommend Dai to anyone looking to get their hair done, you will get a great experience with him. He will always be my go to person at Hair Masters in Factoria, Dai is the BEST!

I have been going to Kim for over 3 years and she is the best stylist I have ever had. Believe me I went through a lot of them!! She cuts, colors and highlights my hair and I feel fabulous after. I'm always getting compliments. You won't be disappointed if you make an appt with Kim.
