One thing I love about the organization I work for is it's a corporate standard to give back to the community on a monthly (not yearly,) basis. This month Habitat for Humanity store- Bellevue was selected, and what a fantastic day I had getting to know the team and volunteering. I was initially saddened to learn we wouldn't be helping build a project, but once the store team provided insight on how the donations, volunteers, and purchases from customers help make those projects happen I grew overly excited. I was pleasantly stunned at how much inventory was on hand, but especially the great quality. Many of the items for sale were brand new, and priced unbelievably low regardless of the branded name. Whatever your reason maybe for considering to shop at this location just know the Bellevue team really care and take great pride in ensuring all items are checked, cleaned, and sanitized before placing on the floor for sale. I have plans to not only donate, but volunteer and shop here again; I highly recommend!

We were visiting the area and decided to drop by even though we couldn't have taken any furniture back on the plane. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the furniture and furnishings, paintings and house accessories they had. The front desk fellow greeted us with a smile which was nice.

Can it get better than recycling for a good cause donated hardwood furniture, gently used loveseats, and couches? It can. This Restore has new home goods overstock like queen memory foam mattresses, linen sheets, butcher block countertop, and knitted throws right now. Proceeds go to building affordable housing through a network of volunteers. If you forget to bring your measuring tape, just ask the friendly staff for help. This is a place where hope in humanity is restored even in the smallest ways.

The bad reviews are crazy. Items are used and secondhand - super simple.I’m not sure what their expectations are.If every item was in mint condition, I’m sure that price would still be far higher. Also, it’s very easy to check out the items before taking them home and gauge if it’s a good purchase for you.Anyway, my experience was great!I saw a lot of great items there for great prices for what they were. The best stuff I’ve gotten from a secondhand store ever and for phenomenal prices.Got a real cool picnic basket, beautiful copper vase, and a coffee table. On top of that, staff was very friendly.I’ll totally be back and wish I knew about this place sooner.

Compared to the Auburn and Puyallup locations, this stores prices, inventory and quality of products make this store a strong disappointment.Still, I believe in this businesses core values.

Beautiful store with decent prices and tons of high quality furnishings. I was impressed by the rug selection and the number of high end pieces on the floor.

I went yesterday and the first things I saw were a $4k very used couch and a $1k side table… I could buy a brand new designer couch for the same price. What is going on here? Also it’s extremely packed inside and hard to walk around, I’m assuming they don’t get much product turn over. Maybe lower your prices…?

My husband and I decided we needed an adjustable bed, so called Habitat for Humanity to see if they wanted our old but still good four poster. They did, so we scheduled a time, took the bed apart, and followed their rule to set it up in an open but covered area where they could move it easily into their truck. They were there as promised, friendly and efficient. Within 5 minutes they had it loaded and were off. We were relieved to have it gone without the bother of trying to sell it ourselves. More importantly, it had gone to support an excellent organization which gives much to the community.

Should be called rip off of humanity. Overpriced stuff that's not very fancy. Plus the staff are busy on their cell phones and when you ask them for help they seem testy.

Really expensive and over priced for used furniture, dressers with barely opening drawers for $300. A night stand for $250.

Great employees, always helpful ... and always a few unique items here (1 man's trash...?). Looked for a 2-drawer file cabinet at office supply stores, but they were either really cheap / flimsy (for $100), or $250+. Found an older sturdy blk. metal one here, w/ 2 sm. dents on 1 side (which will be the wall side) for only $30. And kept it out of the the landfill. Dbl score!

Avoid this place! Donate to goodwill instead!!!This place is strictly downfall recently. They mark up the price. Only because they get donations from rich people, they become very snobbish. The manager is in poor customer service attitude. Worst Habitat for Humanity store I ever visited. What a shame for a supposed good purpose shop.

Found a great cabinet piece here. The problem is that when I got it home it was missing the custom bolts to attach the legs. When I called to ask about the bolts, they told me they never had the bolts and there was nothing they could or would do to help me.I fully support their work and understand that this is a 2nd hand shop. Still, I had paid over $700 for a piece that they knowingly sold me as incomplete. They could at least note that pieces were missing. The legs were wrapped so there's no possible way I could have known this without opening everything.
