We were recommended to Tucker from a friend. This was my first time buying a house so, I had no idea what to expect. I knew it would be a little bit of a process working in sales nothing is easy. We were recommended to check out other Lenders which turned out to be a disaster. Tucker made the experience relatively painless to the point we ended up choosing Guild & Tucker over the builders Mortgage company (which cost us an extra $15,000 in closing cost but was worth it).

Tucker was a great help in the process of looking for our first home in the area. Tucker was an amazing help while purchasing my first home. He made himself available during my free time. Provided a wealth of knowledge during the whole process. I usually leave very thorough reviews and I must say this is positively short!!During the process of getting myself approved for home-loan I shopped around quite a bit (not my first home) and decided to get pre-approved by the top 8. I met Tucker through a referral and he was certainly amongst the top tier in term of offerings. Here are a few deciding factors that made me choose Tucker above others1. His exceptional professionalism2. His knowledge and understanding of the industry and market trends3. His coordination and representation of his team4. Quality customer service and him being the single POC leading his team to deliver the perfect experience for me as a customer5. His willingness to provide consultation throughout the process6. His ability to match and beat offers from his competitors (attributed to his firm as well)7. Knowledge that his firm services most of their loans (big one for me) (also attributed to his firm as well)The list can go on - but to summarize, given this wasn't my first rodeo I think Tucker delivered above and beyond my expectations as a customer. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a worry-free and customer centric experience along with the people who are looking for a great deal. Absolutely recommend Tucker as a Mortgage Broker/Lender and partner in buying real estate.
