Customer service really went downhill. How are you gonna spend so much money on a bag/wallet/ then you have to get it polished or fixed again after only two years of owning it, and then pay 100 for that fix. Wait 2 months for it to be shipped to the New Jersey warehouse, wait for the gg part to arrive from ITALY, and the advisors never call you with updates, never text or email, about tracking details. And everytime you call the customer service they won’t let you speak to an actual associate IN the store. Items will get WORN out fast and then if it’s like a bit even a few weeks after two years you’ll pay more money to get your item fixed, and they will NOT UPDATE you on where your item is. HORRIBLE customer SERVICE. 0 stars.

Used to shop at this location all the time with Matthew and Jennifer. In the last year or so, the customer service dramatically went down hill, seems like the associates don’t really care about assisting customers or making things right. Will only buy products online since now on. Take your business elsewhere

Gucci is my favorite luxury brand. I bought some luggage from Gucci in Tokyo and had a few questions about engraving/embossing. This store was hard to reach direct. When calling this location you’re forwarded to a general operator. I was told I’d be receiving a call back but that didn’t happen. I had to call again to have my question answered. As always this location is aesthetically pleasing. Staff can be a little stuffy but that’s understandable.
