Gregs Japanese Auto Repair in Bellevue is the best! What makes them the best is Karl the manager. He really cares about his customers and makes sure that you're happy when you leave.
They are very proactive. Found something wrong with a brake caliper that I didn't that there was a problem.

Kurt is the bomb. When your car turns out to need a lot more work done than you'd hope, he's very clear in pointing out what's needed and why - and totally, 110% honest about it.
Greg's doesn't upsell because they want to be the place you go again, and again, and again. Totally trust them.

Very friendly & communicative staff. I needed some last minute help and the guys over at Greg’s Japenese Auto were a huge help! Any questions I had Pilot answered & made sure I was made aware of what to expect next. They did quality work and I wasn’t waiting for hours. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I had such a great experience with Greg's in Bellevue! I hate taking my car into the shop, because I feel like as a young woman, I can easily be taken advantage of - telling me all these things are broken, etc. After picking my car up, they told me a few things to keep my eyes out for, but that everything should be good to go. My car was ready on time & I have absolutley no complaints. I will be taking my car back there for the next check in, no question!
