Confusing layout & outdated furniture. The salespeople were very old fashioned- felt a little sleazy.We were headed out but felt pressured to go "check out upstairs" where a sales guy was sent after us. I'm sure some ppl love the service, but we couldn't get out fast enough.

If everything in this store was free i would not take anything. And it's not free. Some of these pieces cost more than a car.

Our experience has gone from good initially to bad. After buying many furnitures (> $30,000) we thought we found out that salespersons were not really truthful to us.

My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!

I bought a sofa from Greenbaum Home Furnishings almost a decade ago, and I was really happy with the sales process back then. Everything went very smoothly, they helped me find exactly the sofa I was looking for, and got it ordered and delivered for me.More recently, the foam in the cushions was wearing out, so I contacted the folks at Greenbaum for some new cushions, and it was a really easy process to get them ordered. I just picked the new cushion cores up today from their warehouse in Woodinville, and, after installing the new cores, my sofa feels brand new again. I continue to be impressed with the customer service here, and I'll continue to recommend them to folks I know who are looking for furniture.

I just bought a new house & need furniture. Pragya, the salesperson I worked with was excellent. She helped me find a book case to be used as a media cabinet. She kept me informed about delivery & on the day it was delivered Greenbaum also sent a guy to my house to drill holes for my wires. He was so patient & helpful and refused to take a tip. I have to say Greenbaum was far and above so much better than ANY OTHER furniture store I have dealt with.

Excellent quality furniture and excellent service. Eight years ago I purchased two leather recliners for the family room. One of them started to fail to recline, I called the store and they sent out a repairman. Rob got straight to work on the chair and was able to fix the problem and restore it to "as good as new" for free. Rob was very pleasant and personable, my husband and I were so happy to have the problem fixed by such a nice guy, Greenbaum quality through and through.

I had a wonderful experience start to finish with the whole Greenbaum Team, starting with my Sales Rep Jim all the way to the delivery guys and their custom fabricator. Greenbaum went above and beyond to make the furniture fit my needs, which are unique, and I LOVE it. I bought a platform bedroom set with drawers because I have kitties who like to hide. When I realized that there was access to the underbed, they sent their fabricator out on site and he was able to make something in about an hour and install it. No more problems or worries.

We were in need of furnishings and Karolina was so helpful! She matched the price off the internet for us, and called down to the warehouse for us. She actually caught us in the parking lot to tell us it was actually in stock! Awesome service.

Very arrogant staff. They want you to make a decision right as you enter the store. They are not open to discuss anything.
