I have been working with Kathy for over 6 months and this personal training has been the only exercise I’ve been able to keep up! I love the modern and clean vibe of the gym. It’s super easy to find parking and most importantly working with Kathy has been awesome. She has a very approachable and pleasant personality that makes it very easy to share my fitness goals. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very confident and safe when training with her. I never thought I would be able to gain the strength I have gained so far and I’m super happy with the results. Highly recommend!!

Best gym and personal training experience!! Highly recommend anything seeking PT to train with Kathy.I started training with Kathy from a friend recommendation back in summer 2023, and it’s been such a great experience! I was never someone who can really stick to a fitness routine and get intimated easily especially in gym. But Kathy’s program and training style made a world of difference. She is energetic, attentive to details, really tweaked the program to fit my strength and weakness. I actually miss her sessions when I’m on vacation, which has NEVER happened before!!

Great experience so far, Kathy is my personal trainer and she does a super great job with keeping my workouts consistent and challenging. She's very kind and always checks in with how I'm doing before the workout in case we need to accommodate for that day. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to get into weight lifting!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The trainers here are extremely well versed in their fitness craft.I started last fall with Kathy and within a matter of months, not only did my cardio and strength levels broke personal records, but general body posture was also corrected via their training, such that the typical daily soreness I was experiencing to a lifetime of bad form went away.In addition, while Kathy makes sure she always tries to push you to the next level, it is always within an agreed upon comfort level and she ensures a safe environment by focusing her personal attention to her trainees during heavy lifts.If 2024 is the year for your “New Year New Me” goal, I highly recommend trialing with Kathy at this place!

I started at Good Time Fit in January 2022 with Kathy Thai as my personal trainer. I’d never worked with a personal trainer before, and I’m the kind of person who isn’t disciplined enough to go to the gym regularly and lift weights on my own (not to mention being intimidated by others at the gym). I wanted to work with a personal trainer that was communicative, detail-oriented, and approachable.From the start, Kathy has been super attentive to my fitness goals and progress. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and the body. Whether I have a simple question or am having discomfort/soreness during sessions, she always has great explanations and gives recommendations for regressions or improvements to my form. The programs she creates are great for building strength and mobility for the whole body. Even when there are other clients in the gym (semi-private sessions), she’s always on top of it. She’s so efficient, I never have to think hard about what my next exercise is or how many weights I need to put on the rack—it’s all taken care of for me.Anyway, I’ve been going for a year now and I feel so much stronger and healthier. I can lift more than I’ve ever done before and it’s because Kathy helps me push myself to new limits. Not only is she committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals, she’s very motivating and friendly. I love chatting with her throughout my sessions. I look forward to my workouts!! Kathy Thai coached me for about half a year in 2023 and I felt significantly more energetic throughout the twice a week weight training sessions with her! I've never lifted before and Kathy smoothed me into the routine without making me feel rushed or under pressure. Kathy also kept a notebook about me noting down what did I do during each session to visualize my progress. I have chronic gastritis / some other digestion issues. Yet there are benefits that weight training can bring. I'm grateful for this experience and it's nice to get to know Kathy!

Kathy is a fantastic coach - very knowledgeable and patient with this beginner! Nate is a great owner who has outfitted the gym with great equipment and a smart layout. I recommend Good Time Fitness as a great local gym!

I started weight training with Kathy this year, she has been the best trainer I have ever had (50 years). She is extremely knowledgeable and protects the safety of her clients. Safety is a primary concern for her, while meeting and exceeding your fitness ceiling. She embraces a positive attitude which undoubtedly helps her clients not only reach their goals but surpass them. Kathy pushes you to the max in order to achieve the goals that YOU have set for your desired personal fitness outcomes. I would highly recommend Kathy for all levels of clients, beginners-advanced.

I recently started weight training and have been working with Kathy as my personal trainer. I can confidently say that she is an excellent trainer who truly cares about her clients' success. Kathy is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain each step and posture and also check-in with me about the weights and my feeling, which has been incredibly helpful for me as a beginner in this journey.Before starting my formal classes, Kathy asked a lots of questions to understand my diet, habit, physical condition and goal. With that she could customize approach to training and tailor each workout to the individual. This has been great for me because I have some specific goals and areas I want to work on, and she's been able to create a plan that meets those needs.But what I appreciate most about Kathy is her encouragement. Starting something new can be intimidating, but she's always there with words of support and motivation. Even on the days when I'm not feeling my best, she's able to help me push through and achieve my goals.Overall, I would highly recommend Kathy as a personal trainer. She's knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and I feel lucky to be working with her.

Good Time Fitness is the best gym I’ve been to! It has a variety of equipment for beginners and those more advanced. The staff are warm and friendly and always willing to help. A great place to workout!
