Kathy is a fantastic coach - very knowledgeable and patient with this beginner! Nate is a great owner who has outfitted the gym with great equipment and a smart layout. I recommend Good Time Fitness as a great local gym!

Good Time Fitness is the best gym I’ve been to! It has a variety of equipment for beginners and those more advanced. The staff are warm and friendly and always willing to help. A great place to workout!

I've been training with Nate since early 2020. He and Drake are always professional and friendly with clients. They meet traines at their level and ensure they keep improving and meeting their goals.
Good Time Fitness focuses on tracking data to drive a linear progression. What makes us different from other trainers is we write down all repetitions and sets in personal notebooks for our clients to ensure progress is being made. The goal with our training model is look back on the previous workout in our personal notebooks and aim to do a little bit better each session.
