I went in yesterday to get a power A/C cord for my PS5 that was missing for my trade in, it had sold out at Redmond so I opted to trade it in in the Bellevue store. The store employee Matt basically conned me into lowering my price down to 106 dollars because it needed to be "refurbished" for 140 dollars. It worked perfectly fine when they were testing it out in Redmond, I told him I was going to do my business else where, he goes on to manipulate me abruptly by saying it'll be distributed in the GameStop computer system as a defective serial number and I wouldn't be able to sell it in Redmond or anywhere else for 245 bucks, I guess he needed it for a cheaper price to sell it for a much higher price because it works perfectly fine ugh....I should have left and taken my ps5 as soon as he said he was going to give me 156 but ended up giving me 106 after handing me the cash. Beware of the store employee Matt!!

The customer service is terrible at this location. I tried returning an online order in store and the lady at the counter did not try to help at all. They assumed my returns are out of policy even though returns are extended for the holidays. They did not try to lookup my order to help get the return processed. They said I have to just pay money and return by mail because the return was causing the system to crash. They just did not care about helping. I went to the Redmond store instead where the associate actually cared and was able to process my return.

If you go to this store watch out for a man named Matt. I came in with an iPad and Nintendo switch for trade-in. I wanted to purchase the PlayStation 4 that was marked for $179.99. Right after I told him when I was in there for and what I was looking for he proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't purchase that product because it was low-grade and then I needed to get the PlayStation 4 Pro. If a customer tells you no that does not give you the right to Make the other product sound bad. If I wanted to buy the PlayStation 4 Pro, Matt, I would have. Then he had a problem with everything I wanted to trade in which granted if it had a malfunction or was too old, I totally understand but that doesn't give you the right to give attitude to a customer who's just trying to use a service the GameStop has been doing since it was established. I come to GameStop because you guys accept trade-ins, and I take my older systems and trade them in for the newer one but this makes me never wanna come back to GameStop ever, and give my business to smaller businesses. Moral the story, get better customer service Matt.

I got here at eight o'clock, it's closed. At the same time, a guycame to the door to look around and left. I am not the only one who was deceived by this timetable.

Matt here gives wrong tips of authentic or fake. Just for me he made two mistakes processing trade in and refund. And Jeff is not kind. Never want to visit here again.

Went to go pick up my preorder that they didn't give me any information on. Waited in line to pick up zelda for 45 minutes only to be told to sit in epithet line for even longer. Then to be sent in a separate line to pick up the game finally. Terrible miss communication, will never preorder with this bad experience.

I Stopped in to pick up a gift for a birthday party while in town and I was having a hard time finding what I wanted. So their game expert Irene stopped cleaning to help me with finding the perfect gift, she walked me through the DLc for the game and explained the benefits of being a member and how the game insurance worked. This lady has upper management written all over her, true customer service is a lost art and being able to explain something without making the person feel d**** Definitely would recommend this store!

Small store but they have little bit of everything. I don’t like the smell. I think they need to clean the carpet? It smells like gym locker room.
