Ryan is a horrible coach. He only likes to train the hotties. Everyone else he dumps on other coaches or simply doesn't ask back. He doesn't like training people who won't "look good" for his business. I used to pay for the unlimited rate (their top tier package), but since COVID, he hasn't asked me or anyone I know back; I was a customer for over 2 years and he didn't even bother to check in with me during this whole crazy 18 months. Thank God I got out of there - he is a j****

The toughest class in my opinion. The time goes fast. Lots of classes at great times like later in the evening and weekend afternoons.

Ryan changed my life, I have been a regular at firefitness for 3 years now and it's been home to me since. 3 years I was in the worst horrible shape anyone can get to accomplish, I had heard about Ryan and how good he is and one day I literally grabbed him by his arm and asked him for help because I'm miserably out of shape with a lot of pain in different areas of my body, shoulders, elbows, lower back, cramps at night, etc... Now I am almost an addict to firefitness, I have lost 40 pounds and I'm almost in the best and most athletic shape in my place. This place f*ing rocks! Thank you Fire Fitness!

I am soooooo happy to be back in the gym with Ryan and Fire Fitness. I was a little apprehensive to go back to the gym, but i quickly realized that they were following ALL Covid precautions to keep everyone absolutely SAFE. Now wish i would have started earlier, and can already see results in the first couple of weeks!!! Thank you Ryan and Fire Fitness Team!!!

I love the workouts Ryan puts together. He really listens to what I want to get out of the workouts and he pushes me to reach my goals. I've only been working with him for about 2 months and I'm definitely feeling a difference. 10/10 side note his DJ skills are strong. I 100% recommend !

Fire Fitness has been an amazing addition to my life. I originally went to them to get ready for a heli skiing trip in Alaska. I was strong, and had a great trip. I have stayed because of the positive group of people and trainers and the results I see in my physical ability. I can’t recommend this gym enough. Knowledgeable, kind and results driven.

Ryan has created a very warm and welcoming community at Fire Fitness. No matter your fitness level, he and his team hold your hand throughout your fitness journey. I have been going to this cozy gym intermittenly for a couple years and always enjoy my time spent there. Highly reccomend as they are most accomodating with schedules!

Update: STILL TERRIBLE! Will still it respond to me like they were supposed regarding the mistreatment of me and other residents. To go along with that, I have watched you ruin others bodies with your aggressive weight lifting and Horrible posture. As a resident of the Elements Apartments, Fire Fitness has made working out impossible in the gym. The main trainer uses up all of the space and treats residents VERY poorly. Residents should always come first. Tired of getting treated like I can't use my own gym. Would appreciate a change and some respect. Multiple time I have received rude glares and eye rolls from the "main" trainer. You are using our space. Really wish they would find somewhere else to train.

As a trainer myself, quality of service is a high priority and working with Nick in previous years for another industry, I knew he would bring just that. I reached out to him in assistance for my sister to locate a gym that provided convenience, professionalism and results and you will find this at Fire Fitness. I was also fortunate enough to train with Ryan during one of his team sessions and you can tell he enjoys what he does. His staff and clients follow suit. The reviews are consistent. This is a great place to train and achieve results.

I've worked with most of the coaches here over the last year from my personal sessions in power lifting to cardio bootcamps with all of the trainers to kickboxing with that coach. They're all so incredibly high energy, you can't really not feel like doing something in there. The equipment is as good as it gets. Rogue Competition bumpers, 3 squat racks, half a dozen benches, and enough bands and kettle bells to lift any way imaginable. What you get here above all is risk-aversion. This isn't a crossfit class where they have you j*** heavy a** weights around with minimal supervision. Everything is very specific and they explain the musculoskeletal reasons for doing specific exercises in specific ways. Ever had a personal trainer throw you on a treadmill for 20 minutes while he chatted up the receptionist and came back and paid little to no attention to you or your goals? That kind does NOT exist here. Personal training here is PERSONAL. I mean that too. I've got to Seahawks games, out to lunch, etc. with my coaches. They've taken a full hour out to sit and talk nutrition or goals with me just randomly. Big box gyms will get you 15 minutes of that twice a year, these guys actually care. Most people in this gym knows my body, my goals, my personal life goals, struggles, joys, etc. The members here are outstanding as well. Everyone is positive and really cares about each other. I'll be in lifting on an "off day" and have other members/coaches pull me in to their workouts and push that much harder. The effect this place has had on my life is immeasurable. I've said for a long time that mental health starts with physical health, but I really get both here. I don't write this long review to help drive business, I write it because if you're on the fence of what to do, pushing yourself to get with this group regularly will absolutely change your life.

Ryan and his trainers are truly an inspiration. They provide a friendly, competitive atmosphere, and help you bring your fitness goals to a new level. Fire Fitness always challenges you, while making you a stronger person, physically and mentally. Having never participated in fitness groups before, the team environment is especially welcoming. The trainers are very knowledgeable and will adapt your program to whatever shape you are in currently. You are never bored or standing around, quite the opposite. With the help of Ryan and his team, I can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my life. Whether you are just starting to get back in shape, or are looking to elevate your game, Fire Fitness is the place for you.
