I was pretty pissed with this placed. Ordered a basket of flowers and some chocolates to be delivered to an office. Turned out the 10 dollar chocolates was just a box of whoppers. It looked nothing like the photo of chocolates illustrated from their website, obviously. Not only that, it didn't even arrive with the flowers and was just forgotten by their delivery driver and was delivered later when the person it was for, was already gone.

When they’re actually open they’re pretty good - better call before going though. They’re often closed during business hours which is very frustrating.

Disappointing. I live out of town and ordered their “Premium” flower bouquet and spent over $100 for flowers to be delivered for my mom on Mother’s Day. The flower bouquet was completely different than the photos online and SO much smaller than advertised. I called the shop to try and get this resolved because this had to be an error, but they told me to send an email. I sent an email and still have not received any response. For a special holiday like Mother’s Day, it’s sad to see that little care was taken for my order and no effort for remediation has been taken.
