Honestly we came in to get some shoes cause we were visiting and I probably won’t ever recommend coming into here and buying anything. Whoever was working the shoes place was talking on his phone and was very unprofessional when it came to customer service horrible. We asked for a size and he got the shoes didn’t say a word to us. Just left the shoes and walked away and continued his phone call. We just told him we didn’t want the shoes and finished our shopping somewhere else.

Today September 13th, 2022, the finish line employee refused to help us with a purchase and then swore at us with very bad words after we told him that we were calling customer service. We have escalated this to Macy's management.Should never go there!
