I'd avoid Ferguson all together. I made the mistake of ordering so many products for my renovation from here including my Kohler pot filler that was missing pieces. I ordered 3 times and every time it had the same issue. I dropped off the pot filler to the store for return and it has now been over 2 weeks and my product still has not been processed for refund. Every time I check in with them they just say "Oh we're waiting for USPS to come pick it up". They didn't help much regarding the missing pieces until it was too late either. My advice is to just order from Amazon or directly from Kohler store, yes little bit more expensive but returns and customer service is much faster and better.

Horrible service from the moment I walked in… was put in a queue and then the salesman skipped to the people behind me that wanted to purchase a faucet. I had asked to see a rain head shower and how it works, but apparently that was too complicated? Yet signs are everywhere asking for assistance from the front desk to use said shower fixtures. Disorganized showroom with low quality finishes that are dirty and covered with fingerprints. What is the point in making a large purchase through you? Maybe dust the showroom if you think it’s worth it to focus on lower end/mid quality fixtures and not high end pieces that would really bring the showroom together. For being in Bellevue, it doesn’t fit the area. Would avoid and make your final purchases elsewhere, but it’s nice to browse and see what outdated fixtures not to buy?

I had a really bad experience not able to solve issue with my order for nearly three months.I placed an order including 3 faucets on 7/10, and received only 2 on 8/9 (the order was marked as delivered), I went into the store for tracking the missing item 8/12 but got no updates (they were telling me I should received an email soon), then I went to online chat on 8/14, no progress made and a different agent said will help me track this, no updates again until I sent her email then I was told it will be shipped early mid September, now it is end of September, I got no updates for anything even I emailed again. I went to the store and another agent can not find any progress made for that missing item. And with that, I will likely have to wait for another 7 weeks for manufacturing. No reason, no apology and no compensation at all, they just told me they can not do anything to help with it. NEVER had this bad customer service before.

This is definitely the WORST service I have ever received!! I planned to remodel my kitchen so I ordered a few Miele appliances through Ferguson over a month ago. The sales told the appliances were in stock, and the ETA of delivery would be 8/15-22. So I planned my remodel date with my GC based on that.When I checked with her a couple of days before the ETA, she kicked me to the post sales coordinator(she told me to reach out to her anytime for any questions when I put the order), it took a couple of days to finally "talk" to the post sales coordinator via Email, who said that it would not likely to arrive by the ETA. I then called many times to check the status of the order, when I was lucky I would be able to talk to the coordinator, but most of the time I was told by whoever answer the phone that they were waiting for Miele to give them an update. Today I called them again, they told me that the appliances are in stock, but Miele hasn't shipped them. I asked if there was a way to talk to Miele and accelerate the process, and they told me that they could do nothing!! My whole remodel project is being blocked here because of the appliances!!Ferguson, as a customer, I don't know how you cooperate with Miele, but you can't ask your customers to wait forever and just say that "There's nothing we an do". If you sent an update via the system and it expired, could you please send it again, or call them, or find whatever ways to reach to them? There's always a way to HELP your customers instead of driving them crazy!

I have to say it is definitely a pleasure to work with Brianna. She is professional and efficient, that really empowers us to make the right decision in choosing our kitchen sinks, faucets, cabinet accessories, etc. Whenever I need to place a new order m, or have any question, I just simply send her an email and she was always responsive. I have referred her to many of my friends and I definitely prefer to work with her on future projects.

UPDATE: Claire researched the issue, resolved the issue to the best of her ability, coordinated with the various teams involved, and provided the utmost respect and care to the situation. I look forward to the continued learning experiences she provides to her team(s). Thank you Claire!Logistics and coordination between the teams creates a terrible experience, but everyone is nice.I got a newborn and I don't have time to do the dishes, so when mine died, I trusted Ferguson's luxurious team to ship my newly purchased dishwasher on-time. Hope placed the order, the warehouse shipped the wrong one, the install team tried their best to remedy the situation, Bridget promised 3 days for the correct model and an install on the 21st of March, install missed the appointment and it took me several calls and text messages to Bridget and the team to get an update, Bailey at the store got more information, and they dropped it all on Peggy to call me.It's seriously not hard, just say what is going on and you'll find customers are understanding. I just need to know how long I am waiting. How long do I need to hand wash dishes and bottles after a full day with my boy? How many more days? Weeks? Someone take ownership and be a leader.

I wanted to start by saying I gave Bellevue Ferguson additional star because we were able to get our money back. We had a dilemma with Bellevue location. The whole order was messed up. 1. We ordered Thermador fridge with salesperson specifically telling him WHITE inside, no water dispenser. Received STAINLESS STEEL inside and the freezer door had hole for water dispenser even though our fridge didn't have one. Now I have constant fingerprints on inside of my fridge and it's a pain to wash off those spots. They told us we got updated model (but thats not what we ordered, you cant just replace without confirming with a customer). We just didn't want to fight with Ferguson about it because we had a much much worse problem. Received oven+speed oven appliances with rats p*** inside and appliances smelled like pee. Once the pee is there, you cant make it go away. They wanted to blame us that we have rats in garage (thats where we kept sealed appliances like they were delivered until kitchen was ready). We lived in our home for 8 years and never had a single rat/mice in garage. Appliances were firmly sealed, not a single hole when we inspected them but when we opened the boxes, the p*** just rolled brr. Rodents were inside speed oven and there was also some tiny red bugs/worm inside of speed oven. All appliances (oven, speed & fridge were stored in garage for same time, no rats in fridge). After fighting with them for over 4 months, they replaced us with broken/damaged/used appliances even though we paid money for new. They told us they were new, but we could see speed oven was taken apart all scratched up on the sides and it smelled burned when working and made electricity shocking clicking sound. It was delivered very dusty/black dust. We didn't even install the oven because it was received damaged in 3 spots on front. They told us these models can't be found in the whole USA that they were replaced by newer models. I think they meant Ferguson didn't have them, but other dealers had them. We got our money back, but since our cabinets are custom to these appliances, we needed exact models. I never bought appliances straight from internet, but we had no option. There were 2 companies offering them, and the one with bunch of bad reviews was the company that delivered us brand new, not a single scratch appliances 3 weeks later. That company kept us informed about whereabouts and status of our order through email. Every step! (with Ferguson we had to keep emailing salesperson every month for 7 months asking where is it a d sometimes twice because no one responded for days). We spent Christmas and Easter without oven and microwave because of Ferguson. The 2 major holidays where I always invite family over. This dilemma also prevented me from cooking/baking and posting new recipes online and that's where our income comes. It impacted my business. In the past for so many years we always sent people to Ferguson for appliances and everything they needed for their remodel because we had great experience with them 8 yrs ago when we did remodel in our home, unfortunately this door closes for us. Ferguson is no more to us. We lost our loyalty to them and we no longer feel confident sending people their way. I just don't want anyone to go through what we went through.

If you are able to go into the showroom, DO IT! My husband and I had such an amazing experience. We set up an appointment and we have Edgar all to ourselves. Edgar Garcia, was amazing. He walked us through the entire process, helped us order what was needed for our new home, and even helped us with returning items. We had a few things that came broken or missing and Edgar continued to support us with calling company brands to replace these items. I cannot express how amazing Edgar and Ferguson has been to us. Seriously no questions asked. Edgar just did everything, everything for us. Thank you so much Man for all your support and guidance. It felt like we were bothering so much do to products not working right, but never did we feel like Edgar was bothered. He just did his thing and solved all of our problems. You will definitely be happy if you shop with Ferguson. I know we will definitely be back.

We started the long, arduous process of a remodel and thankfully our first stop was Ferguson. Working with Ferguson and specifically with Micahl Mason was the easiest part of our entire process. Micahl was knowledgeable about every product, professional and honest. He was happy to help us when we pivoted, and was great about helping us find alternatives when items were unavailable for our timeframe. No mater how busy Micahl was, he made us feel like a priority and followed up when he said he would. The entire showroom staff was super to work with, those who coordinated deliveries and those who delivered were all great. The whole experience was A+. I wish the rest of our remodel had been this easy and straightforward!

We worked with Edgar on purchasing items for our bathroom remodel projects. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made the process easy. We are very happy with our selections and the service. We will definitely shop with Edgar at Ferguson again. We highly recommend him.

We worked with Alfredo Lopez for our appliances and new lighting. He was so quick to respond, and get our order filled. He is very easy to work with, and we love our new lighting and appliances!
