Wrong description. This is just a drop box. The staff were rude and not bothered to even listen that their location is listed as an eligible FedEx package drop-off site.

0 STAR. Worst FedEx experience ever. Every single employee is incompetent to start with, extremely rude, mostly clueless about what they are doing or what's going on around them. They accept packages that they are not supposed to and then blame the customer for dropping it off, insult customers if they try to get a status update on the package or ask them when it will be picked up.

I am not sure if it's due to covid, but it's a fedex dropbox. You need to get everything packaged beforehand and drop it off at the store.
