Wrong description. This is just a drop box. The staff were rude and not bothered to even listen that their location is listed as an eligible FedEx package drop-off site.

It’s miscategorized as an onsite location and the staff were very unhelpful in sorting this out

I am not sure if it's due to covid, but it's a fedex dropbox. You need to get everything packaged beforehand and drop it off at the store.
