I had a problem with getting help from Comcast to return a cell phone. Lucas, Julian and Cristian went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They provided outstanding customer service and I highly recommend and appreciate this location. I will definitely use this location in the future. These three employees should be commended for being so committed to helping me.

It was an extremely busy night and I needed to send off a package back to Amazon. The ratio of customers to staff was literally 10 to 1 and let me tell you, the staff they had working that night was AMAZING! Not only we're they so efficient at their work their customer service was on point! Would I come back here again definitely so!

I needed to pick up a print job that I ordered and paid for online. The website said they closed at 6pm on Saturdays so when I got there at 5:17pm I was surprised that they said they were closed. They said they couldn't help me because the registers were closed. I advised them that I had already paid and the website said they closed at 6. I was told they changed the hours before Christmas and it wasn't updated yet. This is completely unprofessional. I will never trust them with an order again.

This location is very understaffed. Usually a line of 10 to 12 people to get your package checked in. People working there are very frustrated as there are too many people and too few employees.

I stopped by today (9/29 at 3 pm) to get these oversized papers scanned into PDFs and wow... I was so blown away by all the three employees in there. All three of them were so kind and one of them helped show me how to use the machines to scan the oversized papers. She was really patient with me and was really nice. I was there for about an hour because I had a lot of oversized papers to scan and I noticed they treated everyone super nice and it just really had a positive energy/vibe in there. I haven't had such a great customer service experience in a while and I really hope all 3 of them get a nice bonus or raise. I'm not sure what their names are but whatever they're doing, I hope FedEx would continue to hire more peps like them!

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. I've been trying to complete this project for 6 MONTHS and after another fruitless call asking why my online fax hadn't gone through, I jumped in the car to look for CUSTOMER SERVICE! That's when Amalia sailed into my life. She was helpful, competent and although I know sending a fax shouldn't be rocket science, since I'd tried and failed alone, the magic of human connection has saved me once again. Thank you, Amalia, for going above and beyond to help me accomplish my goals. You deserve a raise and a crown and a wand. All hail.

I was very impressed with how smooth they made the shipping process! I was dreading having to return some items I purchased online, but finally convinced myself to do it. Turns out I didn't need to stress so much because the employees were very nice and took care of everything in a matter of minutes.

The asian rep at the shipping counter ( I really wish I had noted the name) was a real disgrace to the store. She was rude, very bad at communicating, was not ready to help or answer questions. It seemed like she got easily overwhelmed when there was more than 1 person at the counter. She seemed to want to shoo everyone away. Seemed like a newbie who was not willing to learn or find out more. Thank goodness she called her manager to help. I am giving this 1 star only for amalia the store manager who is very understanding and great to work with.

EPSON PRINTERS EPCEPTIONALLY "THE WORST" I stopped in at the Bellevue Crossroads FedEx today to get seven letter documents copied, scanned and emailed, because my worthless Epson printer/copier/scanner, still won't print, despite replacing two cartridges. And now, nor will it scan or make copies. And no marvel, one employee at Rapid Fill Ink (see my RFI review) confirmed that Epson is "the worst" offender among copier makers that try to force you only to use their brand-name cartridges. GIVE BEN A RAISE! But FedEx employee, Ben, graciously bent over backwards for me today to help me do all this as I was not in a "higher consciousness state of mind". In fact, he did it all while I watched. (TRANSLATION: I was a nervous train wreck) In fact, after Ben had emailed the documents the first time, I discovered that I had them sent to the wrong email address because I gave him the wrong email address. Nevertheless, Ben resent them to the correct email address, and even subtracted the extra charge out of their computer, so that I was only charged once for everything. FEDEX TO THE RESCUE FOR ALL YOUR OFFICE EMERGENCIES This was not the first time I had stopped in here. I had stopped in here from time to time at least since 2000. And no marvel, they really do have everything (see my photos) you need to help you with your office related emergencies. They even have a restroom for orifice related emergencies. So if your worthless POS Epson (or any brand that frequently requires cartridge replacements) printer/copier/scanner fritzes out on you, never despair (like I did today, for reasons not entirely related to my Epson), as this looks like a job for FedEx. Nor was this the first time that I had an employee help me out. This is not to say that their employees will always be able to help you as they may be too busy. But when they are not too busy, they have often been very helpful to me. Thank you FedEx!

I had very bad customer service experience here. I have been chasing a package that has been failed to be delivered and all the lady said was that she could not help me. She was overall very bitchy and did not show any care, talking over me. I was really nice when I asked for some guidance. Quite honestly, I am unlikely to continue business with FedEx in the future for personal and business needs.

Dont bother just go to the ups store. I had a document and printed 5 coppies all of the coppies had the edges cut off and got charged $7. Went to the desk and told me becuase the document size they could not fit it on the paper even though at home i print them on standard size print paper all the time. After paying $7 for faulty useless documents i went to the UPS store across the street. They printed the document fitted to standard paper in 30 secinds. They didnWhat fedex said was not possible. Even though i told them i peint this document on standard size all the time. Also cost $2 less at ups then fedez. Saved me a hour trip home to go print these documents. Go to ups. This kinkos doesnt know how to work their machines.

I came here with a pre-paid label and an item I needed shipped. I was second in line and waited while 1 employee was helping someone else. About 5 minutes later, the store manager came out and started helping me right away. She was very friendly and did what she could to find a box that would fit my item. About 5 minutes later she said I was all set and good to go. I appreciated how quickly I was helped. The only thing I'd take a star off for is that $20 seems very steep for 1 box with some bubble wrap. The shipping was already covered, so that seems double, if not more, than the price it should have been.
