We have had a wonderful experience at Factoria KinderCare! The teachers are all so kind, loving, and attentive. They all seem like they genuinely like and care about all of the children. They have a monthly curriculum (even for the infant room!) And post regular pictures of all of their adventures which is so fun. The director and assistant director are FABULOUS! You know they actually care when you go pick up your little one and the director is sitting on the floor playing with 3 of the babies. It has been an amazing experience so far and we highly recommend this team and location.

Our 2 kids have been at Factoria Kindercare for about 2 years and we absolutely loved it. The administration and the teachers are top notch - they communicate well, are always doing tons of activities with the kids, the kids are always happy, and overall it has just been great! Would highly recommend to anyone considering.

Strong and frequent communication, student centered, kindness, and love of children accurately describe this center! I cannot say enough positive things about Factoria KinderCare! Your child will be happy, learn new skills, explore the world through books, activities, and outside play with peers. The staff is truly amazing wonderful!

We enrolled our daughter with KinderCare Factoria since she was 2 years old. It was so amazing to see how much she has grown in the past 3 years until she 'graduated' :D All the teachers especially Ms. Beata were so loving, caring and knowledgeable! Ms. Agnes has always been super helpful and kind to us, she was there whenever we needed to talk to her or giving feedback. We learnt a lot from the teachers as the first-time parents. This school is full of fun activities and love for the kids! We made so many great friends here, my kid still misses here.

I always hear good things about kinder care but the only downside to them is they are very pricey and they are only doing full time right now which means it’s their most expensive option. Only complaint I have here about this place, because the prices were just way too much.

I am so tremendously grateful for the outstanding care of my children from Kindercare and their incredible teachers and staff. All three of my kids have gone to Kindercare over the past 6 years and not only does it provide an amazing safe learning environment for them - the school has equipped them with the skills and education to succeed as they head into elementary school.Agnes, the center director, is the best - she is always there whenever you may need some help - She is kind, approachable, and truly cares for each and every kid at the center. There aren't enough words to express the incredible impact she has made at Kindercare.Plus, I am so impressed by Kindercare's ability to teach the children. My kids were reading, writing and doing math at a level far above any expectation I had. This is truly due to the outstanding education they received. And through it all, the kids really love going and enjoy all the activities they do daily.I highly recommend Kindercare - our family has been so lucky for the tremendous impact it has had on our children - and just can't believe how quickly the years have flown by! Nonetheless, we will always look back at our memories with Kindercare - and will be reminded of the greatness it has academically unlocked with our kids, as we see them flourish in school!

This is a great kindercare! My daughter's first experience in a daycare after I returned to work. Ms.Khagi and Ms.Aliba are both excellent ! My daughter loved going there. The director of the center Ms.Agnes is also great. This kindercare location really outshines the other kindercares that we have seen. They provide quality care and a clean and nurturing environment.This location was closer to my work but we had switch to another provider location closer to home for logistical reason.

Our son has been going to Kindercare in Factoria for nearly a year now and he LOVES it. All his teachers are kind and clearly love working with children. Each day they plan new activities and ensure all the children have great learning experiences. My son is 2 and a half and his talking and social skills have come on leaps and bounds since attending Kindercare compared with his previous daycare.Given the challenges with COVID19 this year we were concerned about him being in daycare. The center stayed open for essential workers throughout the entirety of the pandemic and I've not heard of a single issue of a case of COVID being contracted. The classes have been modified to cope with smaller groups of children (even the little ones), and processes have been put in place to ensure the safety for everyone - children, parents and teachers. He still gets to do all the things he's used to, including playing outside, and I know the environment is safe for him.I can't recommend this center enough, they make every day special for our little boy, and I feel safe and content knowing he spends his days there in such safe hands. Thank you Agnes and team!

The administer and teachers (some are good) are really bad.The only good thing about this place is the hours are friendly. It opens till 6:30pm while many others close at 6pmThe teachers are not responsive. I saw once the teacher played video on type phone and quite a few kids line up and watch it. The teachers do not spend effort to discipline/educate kids. Bigger/stronger kids would bully others and get away from it. There will be no report unless there is noticeable mark on the kidsThe young director who used to be a teacher there is really not professional. it has not gone as far as discrimination but if she does not like you, you are screwed.

Our child started attending KinderCare at 6 months old. He has been through many major milestones while in their care and I am so happy with how well he is doing! He's developed a love for books and finger painting that I don't think would have happened if I had kept him at home or in the care of a private nanny. My favorite thing about KinderCare are the relationships our son has formed with the teaching staff, administrators, and other babies. I had no idea children could form such strong bonds at this age, and it warms my heart to know how well loved he is at KinderCare. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare!

Both of my children attended Kinder Care full time. Now the younger one is also graduating, I wanted to leave a thank you note for a wonderful five and a half years.We are lucky to have a group of very experienced teachers. They have different styles. Some focus on academics and some pay more attention to social development etc. Nonetheless I have to say we loved every single teacher our kids have had. They cared about the kids.When the little ones cannot wait to go to school every morning, we know something is right.

Our son started this center when he was 18 months old and has graduated from one class to another over a period of time. He is enjoying each day, looking forward to seeing his teacher and friends each day. As a parent it assures us that Kinder Care facility at Factoria provides a very protective, caring and loving experience for our son. Every class has excellent teachers and facility supervisors are very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and greet us at the door in the morning. We get daily reports and my 22 month old now says 10-15 new words at home (like rain, sticky, hungry, mine...etc) and she has only been going for a month. The location is great and the online payment system is user friendly.
