Fabri is the epitome of elegance. When I called to ask about a potential repair on a necklace from the 1950s, Doug answered in a kind, polite, and helpful manner. Upon arrival in the store, I was greeted warmly by another associate and by Doug, who assisted me right away with the issue with the stone in my necklace. Despite the fact that I was not there to make a large purchase, I felt no disdain nor pressure, and this welcoming atmosphere -- along with the beautifully tasteful pieces that I saw on display -- means that I would be inclined to return in the future and to recommend this establishment to others. I wish every business were so caring and am grateful for Doug's assistance!

First, Doug (the owner) is so wonderful and patient--I highly recommend supporting this local business! I found Fabri Jewelry during my search for local fine jewelry stores while shopping for a custom engagement ring. The reviews aren't kidding, there's an entire showroom where you can simply walk in and try on as many rings as you'd like, with no time limit or appointment needed.I came to Fabri after being frustrated with a chain/popular engagement ring retailer. Unlike the chain retailer I had been to, my shopping experience at Fabri with Doug was very relaxed-- I spent 2 hours in his store and got to ask various questions about ring material, size, etc and ask for Doug's expert input on different aspects of the ring for my lifestyle. There was no sales pitch in the end, no pressure to make a purchase. Doug is a sweet man who seems to genuinely care about helping customers find the perfect ring and to be completely happy with their purchase.I did ask for a rough estimate of the ring I am looking for, and it was an amazing price compared to other places. Almost shocking how reasonable and within budget my ring will be with as many customizations as I want. When working with Doug, he can create a 3D video of your ring and you can make as many revisions as needed until you get the perfect custom ring. While I was browsing in the store, he was working on the 8th revision of a particular ring for a client--which just shows you how much he cares his clients are happy. I had such a wonderful experience here and told my partner we must purchase the ring here!

I recently purchased an engagement ring at Fabri Fine Jewelry and I can't begin to recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, Doug and his team made me feel welcome and at ease. They provided an stress-free environment and transformed what initially felt like an overwhelming process into an enjoyable experience. Their prices feel fair and I genuinely believe I got an amazing deal. Again, can't recommend Doug and his team enough. Will definitely return to Fabri for any future jewelry needs!

We found Fabri highly recommended on Reddit, so we decided to give it a shot (our first ever jewelry store!). We had an inherited wedding band to get resized and we wanted to look at engagement ring options. We went in on a weekend and received fantastic customer service! Once we got the ring resize coordinated, we were able to walk around the showroom by ourselves to look at different engagement ring options. The store has an immense collection of samples to try on and look at, which was great.Before we left, we chatted about the personalized ring design process and learned about various stones and metals. We appreciated the freedom to browse on our own without any pressure whatsoever to buy anything or keep talking. We also appreciated that all employees were honest about the pros and cons of different designs — and were willing to be blunt when spending more became unnecessary for us.Every subsequent visit to their store was quick and easy. We are incredibly happy with their craftsmanship, too! Both of our rings turned out absolutely stunning — and the process was much faster than we expected (both resizing and custom-designing!). Highly, highly recommend Fabri.

Fabri Fine Jewelry is exceptional! They went above and beyond to find the exact style of band I wanted in black tantalum and she wanted in rose gold. Their custom design skills were outstanding, resulting in a perfectly matched pair of rings. I'm thrilled with their attention to detail and dedication to creating the perfect jewelry. Since the bride only wanted the single band, Doug iterated on the design and came up with a sexy-looking curved band with seven stones that looks beautiful, yet practical, so it can be worn daily. My bride has received many compliments on it since the engagement, and last weekend we were able to exchange the rings officially in our ceremony. Thanks again for the wonderful service, Doug!

I love going there. I had to get my heirloom ring cleaned but to find out that the center stone was loose. They were very thoughtful and gave a reasonable quote to fix and polish. The selection there is fabulous. Here is one that is new and the price was great. If you are looking for rings or any other jewelry, give them a try. A personal touch in service is what you will get.

Oh how I love Fabri! Doug has been my jeweler for over 20 years. He is the most helpful, knowledgeable and honest person you could possibly go to for all things sparkly! I absolutely can't say enough about how wonderful it is to go into the store and come out thrilled to no end about what I'm wearing or what I bought as a gift. It makes me downright giddy and happy. Doug can design what you want and he is great at making sure you love the results. If a 10 was a top score for a business, I'd give Doug and Fabri an 11!!

We were looking for a meaningful gift for my mother. Doug and his colleague helped us find a setting and chain, as well as an additional chain for myself. Their turnaround time was quick, they took the time to answer various questions, and the whole experience was positive. I'm also impressed by the quality of the craftsmanship!
