I was looking for a piece by a specific artist. Unfortunately, after three visits and three phone calls they never followed up. I finally found a piece somewhere else. They eventually called three or four weeks later.

What a lovely store! It is warm and welcoming and the selection and variety are unmatched on the Eastside. Prices are fair and service is outstanding. Svetalana helped us with a few framing projects also. It feels good to support local, small businesses!

While I was listening to a live musical performance at the Marketplace at Factoria, a bespoke art print store, Exclusively Art, caught my attention. I was pleasantly surprised to find the print selections well curated with a not too modern European flavor. The colors, art and store, trended warm, and the illustrative categories were wide ranging.More importantly, I was allowed to browse and enjoy the art. Since art is totally subjective, having time to savor the displayed pieces was a big deal to me. Overall, it was like being at an art walk which is one of life's great riches. In addition to the boutique customer service I received, the prices for both the prints and any custom framing were very reasonable. The end result was that I purchased two prints with one of the prints serviced for framing. Anyway, if you enjoy art and design, and want to support small and local businesses, it's well worth your time to visit Exclusively Art.

Beyond rude customer service. I had some extra time this evening and decided to walk into this shop. As I walked in I noticed what looked like s stray little corgi dog outside the doors. I asked the people in the store if the dog was theirs and got an extremely rude reply. The man said “ Look, I'm in a meeting right now!†Someone else that was near by didn't hear my interaction and also asked if it was ok to pet the dog. The man rudely said “YES, the dog is mine. I'm trying to do something here.†We all quickly left the store. Very poor customer service, telling customers to leave. I doubt I'd ever come here again.

Has some interesting art. The gentleman wasn't very helpful when I asked if they have any Renaissance style paintings, but he may have been new there. All the prints are semi-categorized in one big box which makes it awkward to look through them and leaves a lot of marks on them over time (not sure if those are just for show or the actual items for sale). Also noticed a lot of repetitions of the same painting of Pike Place Market. Wish they had more diverse art, but alas it is a small store.

I moved to Seattle less than a year ago, but I'm loving it! Its crazy beautiful here. Every weekend I go hiking or boating or just driving up north and get blown away by things I didn't think existed except on NatGeo. Walked by this store and saw paintings in the window of Deception Pass, the San Juans, Mt Rainier, all the places I've been going. The guy working the counter helped me pick out a couple pieces that I really liked. They look killer in my new place. So a big thanks to the sales guy, Scott, for helping me out.
