Nope nope nope.When I walked in, no one greeted me. When they finally said hello, they asked if I needed help. I actually said yes which is pretty rare in retail world. I said I hadn’t bought a suit in fifteen years and needed help. The two associates said, “well we have a lot.” Then walked away. There was no follow up, no questions, NO HELP.After that, I did look around and was disappointed to see a fairly small selection. Lots of colors but not very much diversity in cut or fabric or design.Truly disappointed.

I recently took a friend here to find a two piece bathing suit. She needed a difficult to find 43G top and there were quite a few lovely options. She found one that fits and looks wonderful.The salesperson was very helpful. It was a very positive experience.

I have been going to everything but water since I was in high school at Bellevue Square ( in mid 20’s now) and I have never had a bad experience ! I ended going there this afternoon to get a bathing suit for my upcoming trip, and I was able to have Trisha helping me. Trisha was amazing, made me feel confident in my bathing suit and was extremely helpful in getting more sizes in the back for me. I will never go anywhere else for a bathing suit!

Very disheartening that the treatment my wife received was the polar opposite to mine. Could it be that I am Caucasian and she is a dark African women. Whilst I was welcomed into the store and asked questions, with a smile, she was ignored to the state that people in the store were asking what was the problem and why didn't the sales lady (Beth) acknowledge her presence. Quite frankly it was as if we were back in the days of segregation.

To the Business Owner of Everything But Water, You write back to me 'We will review the video to determine the best way to better train the Associates on how to better serve all customers', with NO APOLOGY of what my daughter and I had to endure. It was Dec 14th. In outrageous cases like this, a discussion is your best remedy (if you intend to keep your racist associates). A discussion with the customer affected. When people discriminate that blatantly; they need to truly understand, be enlightened and educated (old as they are), so that they might empathize. Only then can you talk about 'determine the best way to better train the Associates on how to better serve all customers'. I am keenly watching how you'll handle this situation, especially your customer.

Laura the manager is amazing !! She helped me with all my swimsuit needs and made shopping for my vacation less stressful! She also entertained my boyfriend while I was shopping. I will definitely return! Make sure you look for Laura !

What a bad staff !I dunno her name she's blonde mid 40 she was so bad and she treats me like am coming to steal the store! And everytime I decided to try any thing she starts telling me ok please not to try more than one and not to do this and this... she doesn't fit this position at all! Try to find good employees you guys have nice swimsuits!

I just had the most horrible experience at this store. The two woman Laura and Beth were so rude to me when I tried to exchange and online purchase. They told me as soon as I showed them my items that I couldn't return the items because I had purchased them on sale and that sale items are final sales. I told them I understand but was looking to get store credit to purchase something else in their store that fit since the item I bought I never tried on. They said no that final sales were final! I completely understood but find it hard to believe that they couldn't accommodate an exchange or store credit. I have been a customer for over ten years and never had any issues and I have purchased many regular priced items. I tried calling customer service but they were closed and when I informed the ladies they gave me a condescending answer "oh our office is located in Florida" and when I proceeded to ask if they can accommodate me again they said I had an attitude and said I can talk to their director. Mind you I never once rose my voice. These were Caucasian women in their late 60's and I'm a Latin woman in my 30's so I felt very profiled by them. After I informed them I would like to speak to their director they told me to leave the store! Never in my life have I been treated this way and yet alone kicked out of any where for simply trying to exchange something. I would recommend anyone I know to this store because I always loved their merchandise but now I will never shop here again and I will advise everyone I know to do the same!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would! I'm leaving a picture of the woman I encountered today so you all can know what they look like. And I would caution to buy anything from this company especially online since they don't help you when you need to exchange. This is so crazy to me and disappointing. Never had a store make me feel like this in my life! **Update I emailed customer service and they confirmed these horrible woman's behavior towards me. Buyer beware this company will rob you, once they have your money your on your own. No exchange, credit or accommodating if your order doesn't fit or is damaged. I had purchased a sale item online, the item didn't fit and I assumed I could exchange it. I was dead wrong. I will purchase my items thru Nordstroms or the vendor directly. They are way more accommodating with their customers. Such a shame.

In response to Lori's comment about not being allowed to return her final sale item. You need to understand final sale cannot be returned. I heard the exchange and the two persons working were just following store policy. You were not accepting no and kept pushing for a different answer. They were upholding the stores policy!

Do not buy anything from this shop online or otherwise. Not only is it the worse customer service you'll ever have to deal with - you'll also end up purchasing damaged and used goods. Save yourself the money and avoid this company entirely - especially the Brentwood store.

No plus sizes. No sizes above 14, even worse than the rest of the stores in this mall. At least the person at the desk knew it so we didn't waste time searching.
