If I could.give negative stars I would..The auto.car wash is horrible. Plus the person who is supposed to be using a.brush to get the hard reach places is simply dragging the brush. I use to love this car wash. Never again. This is the third time. Never again.

The guys did a good job. My issue is the car wash ruined the paint on my car. The attendant ensured it wouldn't. Said they get cars like mine all the time and mentioned the brushes were made of foam. As soon as I got home I saw the swirls. So disappointed.

This FULL SERVICE car wash is excellent and very much appreciated. There are very few places that offer the full service. This is an Excellent facility crew working here are very hard-working, meticulous, and professional. I would highly recommend. The Elephant Car Wash in Bellevue.

The guy who dried the car off did not clean off areas that was not washed, and did not put dressing on more than 2 tires! I paid for 4. He also left a tape on the driver door handle that his colleague put on.
Not very happy and will go back and complain.

Today was a busy day for them but the wait was not too excessively long. We have not been to this place for a while but I feel like the wash machine was somewhat new, so as the team - new people to us.
The result was great for a $50 package. I am not sure why people complain about "not so much work done" If you expect it fancy clean, there are $200-500 service out there. This $50 for me is a good deal for a fair clean. I am happy with my money, period.
Pls keep up your good work. You guys deserve a thumb up! :)

They run a system here. If your vehicle is filthy and in need of a scrub. Insert Dad joke and come get it cleaned.

I've been here before. But it was a long time ago. They did a great job cleaning up my car for a really reasonable price. Friendly service. Hardly even looked judgy about how dirty my car was lol
Unfortunately when I went the other day I only had cash and they can't take cash any longer. So I didn't get my car cleaned. That's the only issue I've had and why I marked 4 stars.

Absolutely insane sitting here for over 15 minutes to get into the wash after paying. Third car inline. Guy in a white tundra getting what might as well been a hand wash for his 4x4.

Would give 0 stars if there were an option. Pathetic place to get your car washed. I took the $35 package yesterday which includes interior and exterior cleaning of the car. My car wasn't too dirty as I had recently gotten a detailing job done. There was very light dust on easily accessible areas. None of it was cleaned. I have both all-weather and cloth mats. I don't use cloth ones. The guy cleaned all weather mats but didn't wipe them at all. To top it up, the guy, put cloth mats below the wet all-weather ones and now the cloth mats (which were perfectly fine earlier) are completely soaked in water and are stinking like anything. I'd have to wash those over myself again. When I got my car, there was water literally everywhere, on the doors, seats everywhere. The guy didn't bother to wipe the surfaces at all. The dust on the dash and entertainment screen is still there, he didn't even touch them at all. Worst use of $35. The only good thing was the tunnel exterior wash which is easily available for $8 anywhere. Don't use their service, bunch of people running the business who don't even care about the car.
