Hands down best personal service you can get. I had a serious billing issue after making some great changes, Elaine and her team had it fixed in about 20 minutes and found a way to save me more money. Outstanding attitude and professionalism on the phone with her staff. Totally did not wreck my Friday, kept it simple straightforward. I've been a customer going on 5 maybe 6 years with excellent service. I call they have answers and solutions no matter my insurance needs. Recommend to anyone.

This is a great insurance agency! Elaine and her team are nice and warm.They have people who can speak Mandarin Chinese and are able to answer your questions in a timely manner. They explained to me what are all my coverages for and if it was necessary to get them. They also tried their best to help me save money by adding all the discounts for me. You cannot find a better price anywhere else! I feel so happy that I choose American Family Insurance. If you want to find an insurance agent, just give her a call:-)

Horrible customer service when I purchased car insurance through her. Renters policy was fine. Billing issue: Paid for 1 year of car insurance but they keep sending me monthly bills & can't tell me why the $5000 price they quoted me & that I paid was not sufficient. Responsiveness issue: I had a 22" crack in my windshield. It took 3 weeks and a total of about 5 hours on the phone with her "contractor" to tell me that it would not be covered. I'm glad no one was killed by a rock thru the cracked windshield because of the incompetence of their claims adjusters.

Elaine, Veronika and team are great. I have had my auto, home and business insurance for many years now. The process for submitting claims is painless and never had a customer service issue. Rates are super competitive. Sure, you can find the cheapest rates out there somewhere else but can you afford it if something happens?

Horrible customer service. I own a condo, had great home owner's insurance with another company and it was great. I ended up moving out and leasing my condo, and unfortunately my company at the time did not offer 'landlord' homeowners insurance. I called the Elaine Tran agency and was told that they had just what I needed. I thought that was great! I called, explained my whole situation, and was sold a policy. A few years later, there was a major leak upstairs and I called the agency to tell them that I had an issue. I thought that it would either be covered by my upstairs neighbor, since that is where the leak originated, or by my home owner's association. At that point I am told that I don't have the correct policy. I have a policy as if I am still residing in the condo. REALLY?! I did not select my policy. The insurance 'experts' at the Elaine Tran agency selected my policy. I don't know anything about insurance. I told them exactly what I needed, and they sold me some crap that did nothing for me. I got in touch with an adjuster, regardless, because I was worried, and he said that he would be out there in 2 days and let me know. I never heard back from him. He never went to my condominium. I called the agency and said that I was sold the wrong policy and that I need to change at once. The guy on the phone said, "If you change to a landlord policy, do you know that will be more expensive? Do you want to do that?" ARE YOU SERIOUS? What is the point of having a policy that I am paying for that doesn't cover me?! I would rather pay more for insurance that meets my specific needs, than pay over $200 a year for insurance that doesn't cover me at all. He told me that he would have to look into what policies would fit my needs and then call me back. Never heard back from him either. I was very lucky because the upstairs leak was covered by the home owners association and upstairs owner. But I have never dealt with multiple people that have been so ignorant and so horrible with customer service. No one at the agency was helpful. They don't know what they are doing. 1 star was generous. This agency is a joke. Please save yourself and go somewhere else. They will sell you a policy that doesn't help you, collect the money, and then you are left high and dry.
