DO NOT order from the website. I did, and the website put in the wrong address after I had carefully typed in my contact information. I have been calling the Call Centre repeatedly - they are in Mexico - and trying to get my money back. Eddie Bauer had no right charge my credit card without the jacket being delivered. The Call Centre said they have to get the merchandise back before issuing a refund, but the package appears to be lost (what a surprise). Another Call Centre person said they have to wait "eleven business days" to issue a refund, so even their excuses are inconsistent. I am going to make a fraud report with Visa. I wish I had seen all the terrible reviews before I ordered this jacket.

I have been wearing Eddie Bauer clothes for many years. Recently ordered two pair of shorts. Two days later I received shipping confirmation and saw my shorts were being sent to the wrong address, not the address I entered on my order. I immediately contacted support via live chat. I was told they wouldn't redirect my package. I had to wait and hope it would get returned, otherwise I'm out $60 and my shorts. I emailed customer service two days ago, still haven't heard back from them. I'm done with Eddie Bauer. Will be purchasing my shorts and other running/biking clothes from Patagonia from now on.

I want to review Eddie Bauer customer service. This does not apply to individual stores, but the customer service you reach when you call 800-426-8020. If I could give zero stars I would! The service is abysmal. When my nearest outlet store closed, I was told to return an item to their Groveport, Ohio facility and include my receipt and contact information. This was in January 2023. After three months of not hearing back I called to find out where my refund was. Apparently, the return facility in Ohio does not communicate well with the call center in Manila, Philippines. After giving my contact info to the call center multiple times and emailing them my copy of the receipt I was offered a gift card which I declined. I want my money back. And there is no store near me! For a second time, they said they will submit a "request" for a check and if approved it will be 28 days before a check can be issued. I'm starting to think Eddie Bauer is scamming me! BEWARE!! BTW, Eddie Bauer is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I wonder why

Exchange/return process is terrible, convoluted, and expensive. I made two orders of four shirts in each on-line order. I tried to make a straight exchange for all items. Eddie Bauer's policy is to make you return the item, then go back on line to re-buy the item, and if there is a price differential, you have to contact customer service again after you re-buy. In addition, you have pay a $7 return fee for each order, even if you want to exchange them for the same items! So, they wanted me to pay $14 fee to get the same things! Not a great way to treat your customers who want to shop at your store. I will never shop with them again as long as they have this policy, since you will lose money unless you know your exact size the first time you order. Due to the above, Eddie Bauer has lost me as a future customer, and I will be returning the items rather than exchanging them. So instead of making $160, Eddie Bauer is making $14 from me instead. I am sure I am not the only customer they have and will lose because of this policy. Expensive lesson for me and them.

Jonathan from Bellevue square mall was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions in a kind and polite manner.Very impressed with store inventory, customer service and overall cleanliness of the store.

The ice box they have there is really cool. (It's a step in freezer to test warm stuff). The actual stuff is super expensive though.

Trying to order online and their website isn't very good. It wouldn't accept my order easily but finally did after several attempts. 10 days later I have never received a confirmation email or the package. I called to follow up, yeah that was another chore for phone number to use. The clerk found my order and we went thru everything and she would send me an email with tracking but it didn't show up. I called the next day to have an email sent to my inbox so I can track shipment. If you are going to encourage online sales after you closed our local stores, then serve the customers with some loyalty in return. If I could give zero for the service I would. I don't know why places stay in business with such horrid practices.

Most favorite outdoor store in washington. Always very kind staff and great deals of outdoor products. Also a great spot to get a high quality rain jacket for around 100$

WARNING TO ALL...Avoid making any online purchases unless you're into 1. getting angry, 2. wasting time, 3. losing moneyUnbelievably horrible customer service from head office during the time of covid.UPDATE:Made an online purchase. The website was unable to take my correct delivery address. TRUST ME I TRIED TO FIX / CHANGE / RESOLVE THE ADDRESS ISSUE.Long story short...I never received my order and never received my full refund.It has been impossible to talk to anyone to resolve this.Eddie Bauer appears to be a company whose primary goal is ripping people off.UnbeliEVILable!!!Their whole operating system leaves a lot to be desired from their website to their customer service dept.They require a total overhaul, or will hopefully go out of business asap!Sorry to the EB fans out there. But consider yourself lucky if you've never had a negative experience.
