Unfortunately- I didn’t get notified of my card being expired- which i previously via a phone call. My locker contents was emptied without notification. When I called to make arrangements to transfer the locker to a friend, I was told they didn’t know who I was and had no record of me. After a few minutes of conversation- all of a sudden they knew me. They are the only ones that have access to my locker. And did tell me when they opened the locker- the contents was of locker were empty. They said the video not available to view as the time period was too late. Very, very disappointed,…
