We were amazed at the extensive knowledge and skill of the team at Eastside Autoworks. They were able to fix major issues with my little Rialta very quickly and have me on my way. I. Will continue to count on them to keep me mobile and safe.

Our 2002 Eurovan Camper has been with us for decades of family adventures, but has gotten increasingly difficult to maintain in our hometown of Bellingham. It is hard to get parts for it, and local automotive folks don’t want to deal with the hassle. When the window broke on the sliding door it was covered by insurance but no one in Bellingham could source a window! Glenn came to the rescue, found a used window, and one of his guys pruned blackberries away from the donor van to get it (I hope he got hazard pay?!). They even brought me a bowl of berries to eat while I waited! The window is tinted darker because it’s out of a non-camper but it’s better than no window! The door glides better than it did before and they insulated it for noise while they had it apart. The window tint is actually kind of nice for privacy, I may get the others tinted? Worth the drive, I will be back soon to Eastside to fix some of the other things they suggested, once our summer adventures are over. It is so worth going to people who specialize in these now vintage vans. Thank you Eastside!

Eastside autoworkers did a great job lifting our 2020 Sienna van, with a 2” traxda lift and rear airbag suspension. They also have lots of experience with journeys off road lift-kits. Eric is very knowledgeable with Sienna lifts and owns a lifted Sienna himself. I highly recommend this shop

Their diagnosis was accurate, their work was satisfactory and complain time, and corrected the problems my vehicle had. Great service as usual.

This is THE place to take your Eurovan for any kind of repairs or maintenance. They caught an issue with our tires that 2 tire shops had missed! Their service is prompt and Eric, the service manager, is a great communicator and easy to work with. Thanks for keeping us safe and for keeping these special rigs on the road!

These guys are the best. You can tell they know and love Eurovans so they are familiar with all the typical problems and have lots of experience in servicing them. Our last service was in early July 2023. They replaced the engine/transmission mounts (highly recommended) , lifted the sagging front suspension and installed a new set of tires. And, they got it all done before our deadline (thanks Eric!). We've done some long trips since then, including towing a boat half way up Vancouver Island and driving through the 103 degree heat in Bend, OR. The van has run flawlessly. It is much quieter with the new Kuhmo tires and that extra inch and half of lift to the front suspension has made a notable improvement to the view looking out the front windshield.I highly recommend Eastside Autoworks.

I have left a phone message for Glenn on the serious issue that arose with my Eurovan after having a signficant repair done. I have received no reply. Story: as is standard procedure with Eastside upon my first visit they did a signficant review of "trouble" and recommended changes. What was not noted was an engine vibration that occurred off and on while accelerating. I did not think much of it. However prior to going on a trip I decided to have some of the "highly recommended" repairs done which included changing out a transmission mount. I immediately noted an increase in the engine vibration which was now continual during acceleration. I was concerned but was on the fence on whether to bring the vehicle back in to ask about it. I was leaving on my road trip shortly. On that road trip my power steering went out. I had the situation addressed in CA. and found that the two engine mounts had failed and the rocking of the engine during acceleration (I did not know it did that) was pressing against the power steering line on the bottom of the engine and that was the cause of the engine vibration. When that shop showed me on the lift the issue there is no way that issue should have been missed by Eastside and their intensive recommendations and especially as they, Eastside, had just replaced the transmission mount (the power steering line is quite close to the new transmission mount). The power steering line had been worn through by the rocking of the engine. The replacing of the transmission mount did not create the issue it just made it much worse apparently during the repair process as evidenced by the now continual acceleration vibration. The continual vibration after the repair at the very least should have been noticed if they had done any driving of the vehicle. My wife was driving the Eurovan when it failed. The repair completely did away with the acceleration vibration.

After their "free" evaluation that came with my first expensive oil change with them they noted lots of issues which felt like "upselling". I asked them to review the car prior to going on a car trip a few months later (a couple of weeks ago) and among other matters said I had a cracked transmission mount. I had them change it along with lower ball joints. Upon return from the shop the car vibrated considerably more upon acceleration. On the trip my power steering went out (while my wife was driving). In CA. I found a shop that put my Eurovan on a lift and showed me that the engine mounts had failed and the engine was resting on the power steering line which had worn through on this trip-- that was what caused the increased vibration. With the engine mounts replaced no vibration. I called Eastside and sent an email two weeks ago when I returned and Got No Response. Some other issues have appeared as well. I am so impacted by them and their work that this is the first time I have been able to write this. I had the vehicle inspected and serviced several times prior to needing to change repair shops (the shop was sold) and going to them and no one noticed most of the "issues" they found. They of course explained this because they are "experts". I so regret the recommendation I had to go to them.
